    • The display device module according to the present invention comprises a pixel circuit section including at least one light emitting area, each light emitting area being formed on an overlying area of a first electrode and a second electrode on a substrate; at least one first line connected to a first end portion of the first electrode; at least one first auxiliary line to a second end portion of the first electrode; at least one second auxiliary line having a connecting bar formed at one end thereof; at least one second line connected to the second electrode; and at least one dummy line having a connecting bar formed at one end thereof, the dummy line being disposed not to contact with the pixel circuit section. The display device module of the present invention further comprises a device-driving unit mounted on a mounting area adjacent to the pixel circuit section, and connected electrically to the first and second lines, or a connecting means mounted on a mounting area adjacent to the pixel circuit section and connecting an exterior device-driving unit and the pixel circuit section. The above connecting means is a film on which a device-driving unit is mounted, wherein the film is connected to the pixel circuit section via the first and second lines.

    • A phase shift mask for forming contact holes arranged in longitudinal, transversal and diagonal directions, capable of achieving an improvement in light contrast in the formation of contact holes, thereby forming a fine contact hole pattern. The phase shift mask includes a shifter formed on a transparent substrate and patterned to define windows respectively arranged at contact hole regions where the contact holes are formed. The windows consist of first windows each having a central portion defined by a portion of the shifter and an edge portion defined by an exposed portion of the substrate arranged around the portion of the shifter, and second windows each having a central portion defined by an exposed portion of the substrate and an edge portion defined by a portion of the shifter arranged around the exposed portion of the substrate. The first and second windows are arranged adjacent to each other in longitudinal and transversal directions while being arranged in an alternating manner in the diagonal direction, whereby each of the windows exhibits a minimum light intensity at the edge portion thereof and a maximum light intensity at the central portion thereof.

    • A structure to prevent lines of the device from being damaged or scratched by outside objects or to prevent short circuits from occurring is disclosed. The structure may be utilized in light emitting displays such as an organic electroluminescent panel. The structure includes a cell section, data lines, and scan lines. The cell section includes a plurality of pixels formed in luminescent area that are intersection areas of anode electrode layers and cathode electrode layers. The data lines each are connected to the anode electrode layers. The scan lines each are connected to cathode electrode layers. Here, insulating layers are formed to protect a subset of the data lines and/or a subset of the scan lines. Some of the lines are left uncovered so that inspection process may be carried out.

    • A mother glass is disclosed. The mother glass includes a plurality of organic electro luminescence arrays having a scan pad and a data pad. The plurality of organic electro luminescence arrays are arranged in a matrix type.
