摘要： In the present wireless card system of the present invention, when data is transmitted from an IC card to a card reader, the IC card changes the load imposed on the transmission system in accordance with the contents of the data, and the card reader detects a reflected wave, which is generated in accordance with a change in the load, and identifies the data. The reflected wave is not a wave emitted by the IC card into the atmosphere, but is an alternating current that relies on the load condition in the transmission system between the transmitter and the receiver, and that is returned from the load in the transmission system. Thus, the reflected wave is not easily affected by the noise field in the vicinity of the antenna, and more precise data transmission is possible.

摘要： A method of vapor jet printing is described, along with several embodiments of apparatus for practicing such method. The vapor phase of a sublimable dye is mixed with a carrier gas. The resulting mixture is then jetted toward a recording medium. The carrier gas in indirectly heated by the sublimable dye to maintain the latter in its vaporous state during its travel to the recording medium. One embodiment of the apparatus includes a removable cartridge for the sublimable dye which enables color interchangeability and a limited downtime for dye recharging.

摘要： In a rotation-angle detector, a first detector detects a movement of a driven body following the rotation of a change gear engaged with a rotary gear of a rotary body, and outputs the detection result as a detection signal which gradually increases or decreases. At the same time, a second detector detects a rotation of a detecting gear engaged with the change gear or directly with the rotary gear of the rotary body and outputs the detection result as a detection signal which repeats continuously. A detecting circuit detects a rotation angle of the rotary body based on these two detection signals. This structure allows the rotation-angle detector to produce a smaller detection error, and be downsized. Further, only a simple calculation in the detecting circuit is necessary.
