    • A double orifice type liquid-in vibration isolating device including a partition portion fitted between a vibration isolating substrate combined through a body fitting and a first diaphragm made up of a partition main member forming a first orifice, a partition plate member forming a second sub-liquid chamber and a second orifice, and a partition support plate forming the first orifice. An inlet/outlet on the main liquid chamber side of both orifices is common to both orifices. The first orifice is diverged from a part of the second orifice having a liquid passing resistance smaller than that of the first orifice to provide two orifices compactly. Any variation or change of the property can easily be coped with by circumferential position adjustment of the component members of the partition portion.

    • In a hydraulic antivibration device for use in supporting a vibratory body like an automobile engine, the invention enables it to enhance the dimensional precision of an orifice for shake vibration, to decrease the dispersion in characteristics, and to reduce the dynamic spring rate in a high frequency region thereby reducing noise such as muffled sound. Its expedient is in that a main liquid chamber (6) and a first subsidiary liquid chamber (7) are mutually brought into communication through a first orifice (8), a partition element (10) comprises a partition plate member (11) including an elastic membrane (12) and an orifice member (13), the first orifice (8) is formed by outer circumferences of the orifice member and partition plate member and a cylindrical rubber portion (4a) linking to a diaphragm, a space enclosed by a central plate section (13a) of the orifice member and the elastic membrane (12) is formed as a second subsidiary liquid chamber (15), and an opening as a second orifice (16) for muffled sound communicating from the first (7) to the second liquid chamber (15) is formed in the central plate section (13a).

    • A liquid-sealed vibration-proof device is constructed so that a partition dividing its interior into a main and a subsidiary liquid chamber comprises an orifice member having an orifice, a partition plate member provided subjacently in contact with the orifice member, and an elastomeric membrane interposed between a central plate section of the orifice member and the partition plate member. The elastomeric membrane includes a central plate-form portion held and pinched by the orifice and partition plate members, and a diaphragm portion extending outboard it to terminate at an open end which is slidably brought in pressure contact with an annular wall section of the orifice member. Openings are provided in the central plate section and the partition plate member holding and pinching the central plate-form portion, which is partly exposed to both chambers, as an elastic membrane capable of elastic deformation.

A partitioner 7 has a three member constitution consisting of an upper-partitioner member 26, a lower partitioner member 27 and an elastic member 28.     • A liquid-in vibration isolator has an orifice hole mainly for audible sound provided on a first sub-liquid chamber and connected to a second sub-liquid chamber. When the first sub-liquid chamber is reduced to lower pressure and contracted due to large downward displacement caused by vibration and the diaphragm of the vibration isolator approaches the partition portion of the vibration isolator, the center plate portion of the orifice member is a convex with the center portion projected to the first sub-liquid chamber side, and the orifice hole is provided at a low portion of the center plate portion disposed eccentrically with respect to the isolator axis. Therefore, even being in contact with the center plate portion, the diaphragm hardly comes into contact with the orifice hole, or if it comes into contact with the orifice hole, it does not cover the orifice hole so as to interfere with proper function of the orifice hole.

    • In a vibration isolator, stable liquid filling and assembling is obtained by reducing the effect of press-fitting a switching admission pipe. The vibration isolator including a partition having a partition main member and a partition plate member, a main liquid chamber, a first sub liquid chamber, a second sub liquid chamber and a switch chamber, orifices, and a switching admission pipe press-fit in a passage provided in the partition main member. A seal surface in contact with a seal rubber layer on an inner periphery of a cylindrical barrel is formed at around an opening end of a passage in an outer peripheral surface of the partition main member and a pressure-receiving surface broader than the other portion in the outer peripheral surface is provided on a side opposite to the seal surface sandwiching a device axis thereby effecting dispersal of external force during the press-fitting.
