摘要： Cold rolled material manufacturing equipment comprises: an unwinding device (21a) for unwinding a hot rolled coil after acid pickling; joining means (23), disposed on the exit side of the unwinding device, for joining the tail end of a preceding coil (25b) to the leading end of a succeeding coil (22a) unwound from the unwinding device; a rolling mill (10a, 10b) for continuously rolling the coils, with the leading end and the tail end of the coils being joined, in one direction; a strip storage device (50), disposed between the joining means and the rolling mill, for storing a strip S in order to perform continuous rolling by the rolling mill during joining of the preceding coil and the succeeding coil by the joining means; a strip cutting device (28) for cutting the strip to a desired length; a winding device (24) for winding the rolled coil; transport means (30) for withdrawing the coil from the winding device, and transporting the coil to the unwinding device (21a, 21b) so that the coil is rolled a plurality of times until the strip thickness of the coil reaches a desired product strip thickness; and a rolling speed control device (40) for controlling a rolling speed during joining of the preceding coil and the succeeding coil to a lower speed than a steady rolling speed.

摘要： The present invention provides a boiling water reactor nuclear power plant in which a reactor core support plate, upper grid plate, and a reactor core consisting of fuel assemblies supported by these plates are provided in the inner base portion of a nuclear reactor pressure vessel. Control rod guide tubes and a reactor core shroud are positioned over the upper grid plate, and a control rod drive mechanism is provided further above same, whereby the control rods can be inserted from above the reactor core, and natural circulation of cooling water inside the reactor can be achieved by means of a chimney effect of the control rod guide tubes. According to the above structure, there can be provided a compact and economical nuclear power plant.

摘要： An electrical connector includes a male assembly and a female assembly matingly receiving the male assembly. Each of the male and female assemblies includes a protective member biased to normally cover the corresponding one of the male-side and female-side electrical terminals. When the male assembly is inserted into the female assembly, the male member pushes the female-side protective member into the housing of the female assembly against the biasing action imparted to the protective member. When the protective member of the male assembly is fully inserted into the housing, it is stopped by a shoulder provided in the housing. As the male assembly is further inserted into the female-side housing, it engages the inside surface of the housing. In that case, both the terminals of the male and female assemblies are exposed from the corresponding protective members and electrically engaged with each other.
