    • A data shift control circuit for a shift register in response to a logic operation command code is disclosed. The shift register includes a first register and a second register and the logic operation command code includes a first portion and a second portion. The circuit includes a first decoder for decoding the first portion to transmit a move signal; a second decoder for decoding the second portion to transmit a control signal; a control signal channel, electrically connected to the first register and the second register, for allowing the first register and the second register to receive the control signal and for allowing the shift register to execute a first action; and a move signal channel, electrically connected to all registers of the shift register for allowing the all registers to receive the move signal and for allowing the move register to execute a second action.

    • The present invention discloses a method for assigning and processing a label in an optical network. The method includes: learning that a label switched path is required to be established in an optical network; generating a label, in which the label is used for indicating that a first optical channel data unit is multiplexed to a second optical channel data unit; the label includes a tributary slot type indication field that is used for indicating a tributary slot type of the second optical channel data unit, and the label further includes a tributary slot assignment indication field that is used for indicating a tributary slot occupied in the second optical channel data unit into which the first optical channel data unit is multiplexed; and sending the label to a node on the label switched path by a signaling message of GMPLS.

    • An exception notification system is described herein that provides an early notification that a software exception has occurred before exception handling code has run. The exception notification system receives a registration request from program code to register a handler to receive an early notification when an exception occurs. When an exception occurs, the system raises an event that calls each registered handler. After the handler returns, the system performs normal exception handling, so that the early notification does not change existing exception-handling behavior. The exception notification system allows a program to inspect and log an exception before the program state has been modified by exception handling. The program code can capture detailed information about the cause of the exception to enable further offline analysis. Thus, the exception notification system allows developers to improve their programs by receiving more information about unexpected conditions in the program code.

    • A method for making a wrench includes a step of forging a cylindrical alloy stick in a mold into a basic form including a head and a handle. The head is then treated to machine the two opposite surfaces and at least one hole is drilled in the head and a recess is defined in one of the surfaces of the head to form a prototype. The prototype is then proceeded by step of heat treatment and then put in a mold and plastic material is introduced to cover the head, the handle and the grip portion.
