摘要： This object of the invention is to provide an oil-in water emulsion cosmetic composition having fine sense of use and excellent dispersion stability, and does not occur twisting upon drying.In advance, a hydrophobicized powder is dispersed in an oil phase and processed with wet type disperser such as beads mill, dispersing solution is obtained. And then said dispersing solution and a water phase are processed with homomixer, an oil-in water emulsion composition having excellent sense of use and dispersibility of powder after applying to skin can be obtained. The dispersing stability of powder is extremely good by using a particular dispersant and a particular oil component. The dispersion stability of powder is further improved, and the precipitation and creaming of the emulsion particle can be solved by blending thickener having salt tolerance.Sticky feeling is solved by using succinoglycan as a thickener, and twisting is solved by plasticizing said succinoglycan.

摘要： The present invention provides an oil-in-water emulsion composition having excellent emulsion stability, low sticky feeling, and low skin irritation. The oil-in-water emulsion composition according to the present invention comprises (a) 1 to 20 mass % of a powder component, (b) 0.001 to 0.5 mass % of a cationic surfactant having two alkyl chains with 12 or more and 22 or less carbon atoms, (c) an oil phase component, and (d) a water phase component, having a structure that (a) powder particles are adsorbed on the oil droplets dispersed in the water phase, and containing substantively no surfactant other than the (b) cationic surfactant.

摘要： Artificial skin having a thickness of 100 to 1,000 μm, and prepared from a polymer which, when formed into a thin film having a thickness of 100–1,000 μm, exhibits a percent transmission of light having a wavelength of 450–280 nm of at least 10%. In the artificial skin of the present invention, grooves which imitate furrows are provided on one surface. Also disclosed is a method for evaluating UV screening agents making use of the artificial skin of the present invention, on the basis of the relation between UV shielding power of a UV screening agent and UV transmission through the artificial skin.

Further, an emulsified composition for hair, which is an water-in-oil emulsified composition and which contains the following two types of oil phase as the oil phase, improves the feel of hair immediately after use: 1) an oil phase with an average particle size of 0.5 μm or less, formed with a nonionic surfactant that is a solid at normal temperature and has a Krafft point of at least 40° C., and 2) an oil phase with an average particle size of 0.5 to 100 μm, formed with a surfactant and/or an alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer.
