摘要： A method and system for improving memory access patterns of software systems on NUMA systems discovers NUMA system resources where the NUMA system resources comprises a plurality of NUMA nodes; determines a plurality of database threads, processes, and objects for a database configuration; and generates a policy which assigns the plurality of database threads, processes, and objects to the plurality of NUMA nodes, wherein the generating of the policy is performed prior to initialization of the plurality of database threads, processes, and objects. The assignment of the database threads, processes, or objects to NUMA nodes is such that the amount of remote memory accesses is reduced. When the database thread, process, or object initializes, the database server queries the policy for its assigned NUMA node(s). The database thread, process, or object is then bound to the assigned NUMA node(s).

摘要： An automatic transmission is disclosed that includes a clutch pressure control module housing having therein: (1) a plurality of solenoid valves, each of the solenoid valves configured to receive an input of the pressurized hydraulic fluid and to provide a variable output pressure of pressurized hydraulic fluid in response to an electric control signal; (2) means for sensing output pressure from each of the solenoid valves of the plurality of solenoid valves; and (3) electronic control means configured to generate electric control signals to one or more of the solenoid valves of the plurality of solenoid valves in response to (i) a clutch pressure command signal or a solenoid pressure command signal, and (ii) a solenoid output pressure signal from the means for sensing output pressure. The solenoid valves provide hydraulic control signals to clutch hydraulic pressure control valves, which in turn provide hydraulic power to clutch actuators.

摘要： A rotatable mop includes upper and lower rods, as well as a fixing seat sheathed between the upper and lower rods. The fixing seat contains a bolt and a sliding element screwed with the bolt. The sliding element is connected with a grip sheathed at an outer rim of the fixing seat, a bottom of the bolt is a shaft connected with a disc body having mop wool, brush wool or a brush cloth. When using the mop, by sliding up and down the grip along the fixing seat, the sliding element is driven to rotate the bolt clockwise or counterclockwise, such that the disc body rotates along a same direction, thereby constituting brushing to facilitate a cleaning operation. Additionally, a centrifugal force generated by rotation after using the mop spins dry water on the mop wool, brush wool or brush cloth, thereby dehydrating the mop more conveniently.

摘要： An improved control method for a solenoid-operated hydraulic actuator for deactivating an engine valve mechanism characterizes the dynamic response of the mechanism based on a lumped parameter model of the solenoid, the hydraulic sub-system, and a locking pin mechanism actuated by a control pressure developed by the hydraulic sub-system. In response to a mode change request, constituent delay times associated with the solenoid, the hydraulic sub-system, and the locking pin mechanism are determined and summed to form an estimate of the overall delay time required to complete the requested cylinder deactivation. The solenoid activation is then scheduled based on the estimated delay time and a window of opportunity in the engine cycle for cylinder deactivation.

摘要： A screen protection case for an electronic device includes a shell, a protection cover, and a sealing ring. The shell is provided with an accommodating space and a window communicating with the accommodating space. The protection cover is transparent, connected to the shell, and covers the window. The sealing ring is attached to a side surface of the protection cover facing the accommodating space. The sealing ring is circumferentially continuous and hollow inside. When the screen protection case accommodates the electronic device in the accommodating space, an edge of the screen of the electronic device is abutted against the sealing ring. The screen protection case effectively reduces the production cost of the screen protection case for the electronic device. The contact area between the sealing ring and the protection cover and the contact area between the sealing ring and the screen are increased.

In one aspect, if a decrease in allocation to the memory pool is required, at least one page grouping that may be freed from the memory pool is identified as a candidate based on its position in a list of page groupings. If the page grouping contains any used memory blocks, the used memory blocks may be copied from a candidate page grouping to another page grouping in the list in order to free the candidate page grouping. Once the candidate page grouping is free of used memory blocks, the candidate page grouping may be freed from the memory pool. As an example, this system or computer program product may be used for dynamically resizing locklists or lock memory.
