    • A phase change material is used for the production of a sterile state indication means for a sterilization container. A sterile state indication means for a sterilization container includes a fluid-tight case containing a phase change material. In this assembly, the case wall of the case includes at least one transparent zone and an activator which can be actuated in order to release an activation energy and/or crystallization seeds. The activator is in contact with the phase change material. Further, a sterilization container includes a container trough and a container lid, including a sterile state indication means. The sterile state indication means is provided either on the container trough or on the container lid, and the activator, in the closed state of the sterilization container, is in direct or indirect connection with the respectively other element among container trough and container lid.

    • The present invention relates to a phase transition heat storage device. In certain embodiments, the phase transition heat storage device includes a housing, a phase transition material body, a plurality of heating devices, a temperature sensor, and a temperature controller. The phase transition material body is disposed inside the housing. The heating devices enter the housing and are implanted inside the phase transition material body. The temperature sensor has a first end and a second end. The temperature controller is disposed outside of the housing. The first end of the temperature sensor is disposed inside the phase transition material body, and the second end of the temperature sensor is connected to the temperature controller through a first wire. The heating devices are connected to the temperature controller through a second wire. The present invention also relates to a steam powered nailing gun having a phase transition heat storage device.

    • An apparatus for the extraction of heat energy from hot off-gases (2) from productive or service processes and for the transfer of the energy to an external user device (3) is positioned in contact with the off-gases (2), at least partly inside a containing chamber (22) or one or more pipes of a plant performing the productive or service processes. The apparatus comprises at least two sections (4), each of which is defined by at least a heat exchange module (5) having a container/exchanger (6), located at least partly in contact with the off-gases (2), in order to exchange heat energy with them. A first phase change material (7) having high heat diffusivity is located inside the container/exchanger (6). An extraction exchanger (8), disposed in contact with the first phase change material (7), has delivery and return pipes (9) in which a heat-carrying fluid (10) circulates, to extract and transfer the heat energy accumulated by the first phase change material (7). Furthermore, movement means (14, 15) move the heat-carrying fluid (10) and convey and manage the flow rate of the latter to selectively determine, for each section (4), a variation in the values of the heat flow extracted from the off-gases (2) and exchanged with said first phase change material (7).
