摘要： The disclosed system includes a flying-spot scanner tube selectively operative with frame frequencies of 50 and 60 hertz, and a capstan for driving a record film at the synchronous speed of an associated synchronous motor selectively supplied with 50 and 60 hertz power. Only those record films having 50 frames recorded with video information per second are provided on the leader with an aluminum piece. Upon reproducing one of these films the aluminum piece contacts a guide roller which causes the system to switch to the 50 frame mode of operation. At the end of the rewinding of the reproduced film, the aluminum piece again contacts the guide roller to return the system to the normal mode of operation in which record films with 60 frames per second can be reproduced.

摘要： A television reproducer for a movie film (cine film) which has a device for flashing in synchronism with a detected frame signal. The frame signal indicates the position of a frame of a continuously fed movie film. A vidicon device scans vertically a plurality of fields within a flash duration with a scan frequency of 60 fields per second of a standard television system. The scanning frequency is obtained from the frame signal. The reproducer also includes a circuit for varying the amplification degree of video signals in synchronization with the frame signal for preventing flickers. Thus, the film may be projected to the television without any special devices.

摘要： The frames of a continuously moving image bearing medium are scanned in a raster pattern to produce an image signal representative thereof, the raster pattern being generated in accordance with the detected rate of movement of the image bearing media. The rate of movement may be detected from the movement of sprocket holes or indicia associated with image bearing frames on the information bearing media or from the synchronized rotation of a disc bearing indicia and synchronized with the movement of the information bearing media. Signals are developed from the detected sprocket holes or indicia that establish the repetitive rate of production of the raster pattern and control the positioning of the raster pattern in synchronism with the movement of the image frames of the information bearing media. The signal representative of the repetitive rate of production of the raster pattern is developed when a single image frame is to be scanned.
