    • A dosimetry device for charged particle radiation that can be exclusive of cables and connectors between substrates is provided. A plurality of first electrodes are formed on one surface of a printed circuit board, a second electrode substrate having a second electrode opposing each of the plurality of first electrodes through an ionized space is provided, and a signal processing circuit is provided on the other surface opposing the surface of the printed circuit board. The signal processing circuit includes at least one amplifying circuit, a plurality of integrating capacitors corresponding to the amplifying circuit for integrating charge at each corresponding one of the first electrodes, and at least one selector switch that switchably connects each of the integrating capacitors to the amplifying circuit. The printed circuit board may be a multi-layer printed circuit board.

    • There is provided an image forming apparatus that effectively suppresses an increase in temperature of a heating device by operating an air blowing device when image formation is performed to a small-size recording material, and which can continuously perform the image formation. The image forming apparatus includes a heating device to heat a recording material to be conveyed, a cooling fan that blows air from an air blowing port facing a part of the heating device, and a shutter that moves such that an opening width of the air blowing port is regulated depending on a width of the recording material. The image forming apparatus also includes an error detecting device that detects an error of the cooling fan. When the error detecting device detects an error of the cooling fan, the shutter moves to a position such that image formation is continued.

    • After a cassette is mounted on a cassette mounting part, a control unit instructs a substrate treatment apparatus to start treatment on substrates in the cassette. Thereafter, the control unit indicates, to the substrate treatment apparatus, a cassette on the cassette mounting part to which a substrate is transferred at completion of the treatment. If the transfer destination cassette for the substrate at the completion of treatment has not been indicated when a number of remaining treatment steps for the substrate reaches a predetermined set number, an alarm is given from the substrate treatment apparatus. This alarm is sent from the substrate treatment apparatus to the control unit, and the control unit indicates a transfer destination cassette for the substrate.
