    • To provide a bearing device, which can be easily processed, and whereby, its durability is capable of being improved and a load (tractional force) can be remarkably increased till the burn-in occurs and a pin for the bearing device. The bearing device is provided with a bush and a pin to be inserted in this bush. When an external force is acting in a certain direction, the bush and the pin are relatively rocked, and a slidable range H is formed, in which an outer peripheral face of the pin and an inner peripheral face of the bush partially and slidably contact with each other. An oil reservoir is provided at the side of the pin in order to prevent a no-lubrication portion, to which no lubrication oil is supplied, from being formed in the slidable range H.

    • An object is to provide a highly efficient compressor while improving a refrigerant leakage, enhancing a performance of a compressor, improving durability, and enhancing reliability. The compressor comprises: a compression element comprising a cylinder in which a compression space is constituted; a suction port and a discharge port which communicate with the compression space in the cylinder; a support member which closes an opening of the cylinder; a rotary shaft which is rotatably supported by a main bearing as a bearing formed on the support member; a compression member whose one surface crossing an axial direction of the rotary shaft is inclined continuously between a top dead center and a bottom dead center and which is disposed in the cylinder to be rotated by the rotary shaft and which compresses a fluid sucked from the suction port to discharge the fluid via the discharge port; a vane which is disposed between the suction port and the discharge port to abut on one surface of the compression member and which partitions the compression space in the cylinder into a low pressure chamber and a high pressure chamber; and a shaft seal which is disposed on an end portion of the bearing (main bearing) on a side opposite to the compression member and which abuts on the rotary shaft.

The sprocket (2) is connected via the bearing structure body (5), and a gear tooth portion (26) thereof makes an intrusion into the portion between the relatively facing links (4, 4) so as to be engaged with the bush (8). Space portions (36, 36) are formed in an outer side of the seal members (10, 10) in the engagement state.

    • The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a low-temperature sintering multilayer ceramic wiring board comprising the steps of: forming a wiring layer by printing conductive paste (4) on an unfired green sheet (1); forming a laminate by laminating, on at least one side of a ceramic substrate, the unfired green sheet having the wiring layer; and firing the laminate. The present invention also provides paste for use with this method. In the firing step, after an adhesive layer (8) or binder resin in said green sheet used for lamination burns, glass ceramic in the green sheet starts to sinter, and upon or after the start of sintering of the glass ceramic, conductive particles in the conductive paste starts to sinter. This manufacturing method can provide an precise wiring board without pattern deformation and also provide a low-temperature ceramic multilayer wiring board that has no cracks in the glass ceramic on the periphery of electrodes and has electrodes of a dense film structure.
