    • Systems and methods are provided for personalizing advertising for a user. In accordance with certain implementations, information is accessed indicating which documents were selected by a user and which documents were not selected by a user. At least one positive word vector is generated using words contained in at least one of the selected documents, and at least one negative word vector is generated using words contained in at least one of the unselected documents. Document word vectors are generated, and a document rank order is established based on a vector space relationship analysis. Categories associated with the documents are ranked based on the document rank order, and the ranked categories are sent to an ad server. Advertising material associated with the ranked categories may then be received from the ad server in a selected context.

    • A computer-readable medium stores a program causing a computer to execute information processing. The information processing includes: reading user information of a user who requests to provide first document information; generating second document information, based on (i) concealment region information associated with the first document information and (ii) the read user information relating to the user; and outputting the second document information. The concealment region information includes (i) information, for specifying a region that is to be concealed when the associated first document information is provided and (ii) concealment condition information used to determine as to whether or not the concealment region is concealed. In the second document information, a region in the first document information that is to be concealed from the user is concealed.

    • Systems and methods for storing data in a customer center environment are provided. In this regard, a representative method comprises: generating data from workforce applications, at least one of the workforce applications including at least one of forecasting, scheduling, recording, and monitoring functionalities; and storing the data from the at least one of the workforce applications in a storage area network (SAN), the SAN being operable to connect the at least one of the workforce applications to computer storage devices. The method can further include keeping recorded contacts in a long term storage device such as the SAN or an operational data store (ODS) and transparently searching in both the ODS and the SAN simultaneously. With a concept of moving data on to a file system SAN which is cheaper as compared to a database technology such as ODS, the method facilitates predictable performance from the ODS and easier manageability with constant cost from SAN.
