摘要： A series regulator with an over current protection circuit regulates output current by controlling an output transistor. A current sense transistor output depends on the conductivity of the output transistor. A current limiting transistor controls the conductivity of the output transistor. A current supply provides current to a constant current source and a converter output of a current to voltage converter. The converter output is connected to a control electrode of the current limiting transistor. A first differential transistor couples the current sense transistor to the constant current source and a second differential transistor couples the current supply to the constant current source. The current sense transistor controls the second differential transistor to vary a control current. When the control current matches a threshold value, the current limiting transistor limits maximum current flow through the output transistor.

摘要： A method for synthesizing [18F]SFB is disclosed, which comprises using a microreactor including a substrate having one channel formed therein so as to have a cross-sectional width of 1 mm or less and a cross-sectional depth of 1 mm or less, the channel being connected to a raw material injection port and a first reagent injection port at one end thereof, and connected to a second reagent injection port at a position far from the one end thereof, and connected to a third reagent injection port at a position far from the second reagent injection port in a direction toward another end thereof, and connected to a liquid discharge port at the other end thereof; and continuously performing a three-step reaction by allowing a reaction solution to flow through the channel serving as a reaction channel from the one end to the other end thereof without taking out the reaction solution from anywhere between the one end and the other end of the channel.

A switch control unit controls activation and deactivation of the first and second switch transistors so that either one of a voltage corresponding to the first voltage and a voltage corresponding to the second voltage is selectively output to a connection node between the first and second transistors. The first switch transistor includes a first diode, which is formed so that a direction from the main power supply toward the connection node defines a forward direction, and a second diode, which is formed so that a direction from the connection node toward the backup power supply defines a forward direction.

A placement and routing design aiding system (30) includes a database (31) for storing hardware information (89) including data of PEs included in each segment and data of a first-level and second-level routing matrix and an apparatus (33) for mapping the circuit design onto the PEs. The mapping apparatus (33) generates mappings of the circuit design onto the PEs by carrying out an iterative algorithm that minimizes a cost function based on the hardware information (89). The cost function includes an item that minimizes usage of the second-level routing matrix (22) that connects between the segments.
