摘要： Concrete is the most used building material in the world and its use eclipses all other building materials. Sand is an ingredient of any concrete and the addition of treated sawdust reduces the amount of sand that is required. Even though sawdust is added, it does not eliminate the need for sand or the other ingredients found in concrete. However, in order to reduce the environmental impact of mining ingredients, this application has replaced some of the sand that is used in concrete with sawdust that has been saturated. The finished product retains the composition and durability of the finished concrete product and particularly the strength and durability of concrete.

摘要： Method for industrial processing of charcoal ash (1) created in the power plants by separating a carbonaceous product from the mentioned charcoal ash to be reused and by gathering essentially carbon free, siliceous ash products gained during the processing. Li the method charcoal ash (1) is directed to the foaming process (11, 6a) in which process ash contents containing silicate and coal are separated by using water as an intermediate agent in which case the separation is based on the surface-active properties of the coal regarding an easy foaming; further the coal concentrate created during the foaming and the harsh ash fraction nearly freed from the coal and fine components are filtered in filters (7a), (7b) and at least a harsh ash fraction containing silicate and being nearly carbon free is transferred in order to evaporate the water left over during the filtering by using hot, low pressure work gas through a pneumatic classification device as dried to product silos (12) and (13) and the concentrated coal is returned to produce energy.

The problem can be solved by a method for producing a concrete formed body including a defoaming step [1] of holding a concrete composition having a water-cement ratio adjusted to from 14 to 20%, in a reduced pressure atmosphere to obtain a defoamed concrete; a defoaming step [2] of holding a carbon fiber immersed in a cement solution having a water-cement ratio adjusted to 14% or more, in a reduced pressure atmosphere to obtain a defoamed fiber; and a forming step of placing the defoamed concrete and the defoamed fiber within a shuttering, followed by curing to obtain a high-strength concrete formed body.

摘要： An apparatus and a method for removing unburned carbon from fly ash capable of suppressing facility cost and stably conducting performance adjustment depending on property of the fly ash. The method comprises the steps of: adding water to fly ash to produce slurry; adding collector to the slurry, feeding the slurry and the collector to a static-type mixer 4, a venturi pipe 24 or the like to add shearing force to them; adding frother to them to generate air bubbles; and adhering unburned carbon of the fly ash to the air bubbles to raise the unburned carbon. The frother and air can be fed to the static-type mixer or the like together with the slurry and the collector. Depending on the change in property of the fly ash, the number of the static-type mixers or the like used in series can be increased or decreased, and depending on required capacity, the number of the static-type mixers or the like used in parallel may be increased or decreased. The static-type mixer may comprise a guide vane chamber 4b with plurality of guide vanes 4d for converting the slurry and the like, which are fed to the chamber, to spiral flow, and a current cutter chamber 4c with plurality of mushroom-shaped projections 4e for adding shearing force to the slurry and the like.
