    • At least a method and a system are described for regulating a screen composer of a device based on one or more conditions. In a representative embodiment, the method comprises measuring a processor's load level, activity level, or usage in the device. The method further comprises comparing the load level to a first value to determine if a first condition is satisfied. The method further comprises comparing a screen update rate of screen composition tasks of the device to a second value when the first condition is satisfied, wherein the second comparing is used to determine if a second condition is satisfied. The method further comprises regulating the screen composition tasks of the device when said first condition and the second condition are both satisfied. In a representative embodiment, the system comprises a device such as a wireless smartphone.

    • A processing system includes an interchip interface that comprises an interchip interface module having an arbiter to allocate a dedicated time slice in every fixed number of time slices, to assign a first priority to store data item(s) from a first-type channel having a first datapath width in memory during the dedicated time slice. In the remaining time slices of the fixed number of time slices, the arbiter further arbitrates among multiple channels of one or more types other than a first type, where the multiple channels correspond to at least one datapath width different from the first datapath width, and channels with wider datapath win the arbitration. The arbiter further arbitrates among two or more channels of the same type if a certain type of channel(s) wins the arbitration in a time slice. A method for implementing the same is also disclosed.

    • Embodiments of the present application discloses a method, system and apparatus for transmitting Minimization of Drive-Tests (MDT) measurement configuration parameters, relate to the field of wireless communications and address the problem that a User Equipment (UE) can not perform MDT measurement when the UE is configured by the network side to perform MDT measurement. In the present application, a Mobility Management Entity (MME) receives MDT measurement configuration parameters of a user equipment transmitted from a Home Subscriber Server (HSS); the MME determines whether cell list information in the MDT measurement configuration parameters includes information of a cell controlled by a base station controlling a serving cell of the user equipment; and the MME transmits the MDT measurement configuration parameters to the base station serving the user equipment when the result of determination is YES. With the invention, the problem of the UE failing to perform MDT measurement can be avoided.

    • A system may include a printed circuit board, a first component located on the printed circuit board, the first component having a first unique identifier and a processor located on the printed circuit board, the processor including a one time programming section. The processor may acquire the first unique identifier from the first component and store the first unique identifier in the one time programming section during the first time initialization. Upon subsequent initializations, the processor may acquire the first unique identifier from the first component and compare the first unique identifier to the stored first unique identifier. The processor may allow the subsequent initializations to proceed if the first unique identifier matches the stored first unique. The processor may disallow the subsequent initializations from proceeding if the first unique identifier does not match the stored first unique identifier.
