摘要： The present disclosure provides a sheet-form electrode for a secondary battery, comprising a current collector; an electrode active material layer formed on one surface of the current collector; a porous organic-inorganic layer formed on the electrode active material layer and comprising inorganic particles and a polymer binder; and a first porous supporting layer formed on the porous organic-inorganic layer. The sheet-form electrode for a secondary battery according to the present disclosure has supporting layers on at least one surfaces thereof to exhibit surprisingly improved flexibility and prevent the release of the electrode active material layer from a current collector even if intense external forces are applied to the electrode, thereby preventing the decrease of battery capacity and improving the cycle life characteristic of the battery.

摘要： An ultra-short pulse laser physically and/or chemically modifies a substrate surface. A laser ablation process is configured to form raised surface features on the substrate. The laser also functions as the energy source in a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process. The laser delivers energy to the substrate with parameters such as pulse energy, size, duration, and spacing sufficient to simultaneously vaporize substrate material and cause the substrate material to react with a controlled environment that includes constituents of a desired coating composition. A battery electrode having a face with microneedle features coated with an active metal compound can be produced by the process. The active metal compound is a lithium-containing compound in a lithium-ion battery.

Also, the conductive paste layer is made of a light material, and thus can contribute to the lightening of the cable-type secondary battery.

摘要： A cable-type secondary battery is provided. The cable-type secondary battery includes an electrode assembly and a covering capable of surrounding the electrode assembly. The electrode assembly includes a first polarity electrode, a second polarity electrode, and a separator or an electrolyte layer interposed between the two electrodes. Each of the electrodes has an elongated shape and a structure in which an electrode active material is applied to the surface of a current collector whose shape in cross section orthogonal to the lengthwise direction thereof is circular, elliptical or polygonal. The covering includes a thermally conductive cover member as an upper half part and a thermally insulating cover member as a lower half part. The upper half part and the lower half part are divided by a horizontal plane passing the center of the cross section orthogonal to the lengthwise direction of the cable-type secondary battery.
