    • A disk cartridge that has high durability with respect to a drop impact is provided. The disk cartridge includes: a disk-like recording medium; a cartridge case that rotatably accommodates the disk-like recording medium and is formed with a first opening that exposes a part of the disk-like recording medium; an inner rotor that is rotatably supported inside the cartridge case and includes a main surface portion formed with a second opening corresponding to the first opening; shutter members that are movable between a closing position at which the first opening is closed and an opening position at which the first opening is opened in accordance with a rotation of the inner rotor; and a buffer mechanism that is formed on the main surface portion of the inner rotor and includes rotary shafts that rotatably support the shutter members and elastic support portions that respectively support the rotary shafts and can be elastically deformed with respect to the main surface portion.

    • A air spring 10 is provided, where flex deformation of a shoulder portion in a dustcover due to the restorative force of a bellows portion during compression thereof is prevented, whereby deterioration of the life of the dustcover due to such deformation is prevented. With the air spring 10, a stopper 82 of a deformation-preventing cap 70 is arranged at the outer peripheral side of a shoulder portion 54 in a dustcover 50. At the time of compression deformation of a bellows portion 56, the stopper 82 comes into contact with the shoulder portion 54, and flex deformation of the shoulder portion 54 towards a linking tube 52 side is restricted. Due to this, the restorative force from the compression deformed bellows portion 56 via the shoulder portion 54 can be supported by the stopper 82 of the deformation-preventing cap 70. Even in a case where the rigidity of the shoulder portion 54 relative to the restorative force of the compression deformed bellows portion 56 cannot be sufficiently increased, the amount of flex deformation towards the linking tube side of the shoulder portion 54 that received the restorative force of the bellows portion 56 can be decreased.

    • A plurality of fin groups 12 each comprising parallel plate fins 14 are arranged on two straight tube portions 11a of a fin fixing hairpin tube 11 longitudinally of the tube portions at a spacing, by forming two tube inserting holes 14a as spaced apart in each of the plate fins 14 and inserting the two straight tube portions 11a through the respective holes 14a of the plate fins 14.
