摘要： The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing metal nanoparticles containing rod-shaped nanoparticles, the method including: producing metal oxide nanoparticle intermediates having at least rod-shaped metal oxide nanoparticles by heating a mixture of a nonpolar solvent, a metal precursor and an amine including secondary amine at 60-300° C.; producing metal nanoparticles by adding a capping molecule and a reducing agent to the mixture and heating the result mixture at 90-150° C.; and recovering the metal nanoparticles.According to the present invention, the shape of metal nanoparticle can be controlled by mixing primary amines or secondary amines as proper ratio without using apparatus additionally, as well as, the size of metal nanoparticle can be controlled to several nm.

摘要： An inkjet head is disclosed. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the ink-jet head that prevents a nozzle from being blocked by a residual ink droplet formed on the nozzle can include a head body having the nozzle formed on one surface thereof and an actuator, which provides pressure to the inside of the head body. Here, a transfer groove is formed on one surface of the head body, in which the transfer groove is separated from the nozzle to provide a path through which the residual ink droplet moves. Thus, the inkjet head can prevent the nozzle from being blocked by a residual ink droplet formed on the nozzle by use of the transfer groove, which provides a path for a residual ink droplet formed on the nozzle to escape.

A method for manufacturing an ink-jet head, which has a membrane formed on one side of a chamber housing ink, can include: forming a piezoelectric component over a glass substrate, attaching the piezoelectric component onto the membrane, irradiating a laser to an interface between the piezoelectric component and the glass substrate such that the piezoelectric component and the glass substrate are separated, and separating the piezoelectric component and the glass substrate. According to certain embodiments of the invention as set forth above, the actuator of the ink-jet head can be implemented in the form of a thin film, and as such, the electrical properties of the ink-jet head can be improved.

The inkjet head module can include a frame, which can be attached to and detached from an inkjet apparatus; a multiple number of heads, which may be coupled to the frame, and which may each have at least one nozzle formed for ejecting ink; a multiple number of support racks, each of which may be interposed between the frame and a head, and which may support the head such that the head is movable in relation to the frame; and a multiple number of piezoelectric motors, which may move the heads to align the heads in relation to one another. Certain embodiments of the invention make it possible to reduce the size of the overall inkjet apparatus, as well as to align a multiple number of inkjet heads with higher precision.
