This position allows wearer more freedom of movement, while allowing the wearer the ability to sit, drive, or bend for extended periods of time, in comfort. This design locates the gun, of a driver, in between the seatbelt and shoulder harness, when seated in a vehicle, for easy access. This holster design is ideal for the wearer involved in strenuous activities, as it is centered and balanced on the wearer's body. The handgun is accessed from the side instead of from the top. The holster wearer simply slides their hand under a shirt or jacket, to draw their handgun. This aspect makes this holster, ideal for people using wheelchairs. There is no lifting up of the shirt or jacket. The holster is flexible and adjustable.

摘要： The Bad News concealment Holster allows a licensed person to use a newspaper in a plastic delivery bag to conceal a handgun for legal self-defense. The handgun will be secured in nylon sleeve holster, by a retention strap with a pull tab release using hook & loop to attach the strap and to secure the holster to the metallic belt. The metallic belt will be placed around a section of the newspaper, for example, the sports section, this is then slid back into the remaining newspaper that is in a delivery bag, and adjusted by the user to allow access to the firearm through the open end of the paper and bag. By using a newspaper to discreetly conceal a legal handgun for licensed self defense, a persons firearm may be accessable but not in plain view as required by many states concealed carry laws. For lagal carry in a vehicle, briefcase etc. the Bad News Concealment Holster will give a legal, licensed person a different and unique option for concealed carry.

An elongate substantially rigid elastically flexible sling is secured to a side of the holster such that the elongate member and side of the holster can be partially separated so the wearer's shirts can be inserted therebetween to conceal the holster. The lower end of the sling can be flexed outwardly away from the side of the holster such that a portion of the outer side adjacent the lower end is, when the sling is flexed outwardly to insert the wearer's shirt, flexed inwardly to compress a pistol in the storage compartment.

摘要： An appliance for concealing a handgun includes a substantially planar frame of resilient plastic or other material, having dimensions to fit closely inside a cover of a small zippered case such as a notebook case. Integral tabs projecting from either end of the frame engage a pocket inside the cover of the case to hold the frame in place. A holster tab is integral with the body of the frame; the holster tab is shaped and sized to receive a handgun holster spring clip and to hold the holster securely in place. A clip holder tab similarly receives an ammunition clip holder, and is positioned so the clip holder is held adjacent the holster. A handgun is placed in the holster and the case is closed, so the weapon is concealed within the inconspicuous case. Security is improved by a small orifice in the frame near the case's zipper tab; the orifice receives a padlock shackle to lock the case's zipper closed.
