摘要： Method for shifting, in particular engaging and/or disengaging, gears in an automatic multi-stage gearbox of a motor vehicle, wherein the gearbox comprises a drive input shaft (18) connectable to an engine drive output shaft (16) by means of a friction clutch (12) which acts as a separating clutch (12), and a drive output shaft (20) couplable to a drive wheel or to drive wheels of the motor vehicle, wherein a shift process takes place, in particular only, as a function of rotational speeds (n) of the shafts, wherein each gear is assigned a synchronizing device (36), which acts as a shift clutch, in order to connect the drive input shaft (18) to the drive output shaft (20), comprising the following steps: setting the separating clutch (12) into a dragging position such that a low, preferably predefined, drag torque is transmitted from the engine drive output shaft (16) to the drive input shaft (18), which drag torque is sufficient to bring a rotational speed (nIS) of the drive input shaft (18) when the shift clutch (36) is open to a rotational speed (nM) of the engine drive output shaft (16); adjusting the rotational speed of the engine drive output shaft (16) to a predetermined value (I) which differs sufficiently from a rotational speed of a source gear or from rotational speed of a target gear; setting the shift clutch (36) of the source gear towards an open position in order to separate the drive input shaft (18) and drive output shaft (20) from one another; detecting the rotational speed (nIS) of the drive input shaft for a predetermined time period which follows at least a time (t1) when the shift clutch (36) of the source gear is in the open position; determining a change in the rotational speed (nIS) of the drive input shaft (18) during the predetermined time period; and determining whether the change which is determined in this way lies within predefined tolerances of an expected rotational speed change (FIG. 8).

The transmission apparatus comprises a motor(10) and a transmission(20), said motor(10) is connected to said transmission(20) and supplies power to said transmission(20) via an input shaft of the transmission(20), wherein said apparatus further comprises a control device(30), which is electrically connected to said motor(10) and said transmission(20), wherein said control device(30) is configured to determine whether a gear-position shifting is required based on rotation speed of said transmission(20), if a gear-position shifting is required, regulates torque of said motor(10) to control said transmission(20) to disengage, and then regulates the rotation speed of said motor(10) of said transmission(20) to control said transmission(20) to engage for shifting gear-position. The clutchless transmission apparatus provided in the present invention doesn't need a clutch during gear-position shifting, and therefore it is light, simple, easy to maintain and control, and can be used in a wide range of application.

摘要： A method for shifting gears of an automatic transmission of a vehicle, by way of primarily form-locking shifting elements, while driving with or without utilization of a clutch depending on a decision made by a decision device which, in the presence of certain basic conditions, causes disengagement of a starting gear without disengaging the clutch, and subsequently reads in data about the size and the progression of a quantity correlating closely with the rotational speed of an output shaft of the automatic transmission and, with inclusion of this data, determines the shifting mode for engagement of the target gear. The method concerns early and slight adjustment of the clutch, preferably as a function of the degree of load reduction, just before determination of the shifting mode, without slippage of the clutch.

摘要： In a shift system wherein the transfer of power is performed using a motor, the smaller the gear ratio difference is, the smaller can be made the motor output. However, the number of gears must be increased in order to reduce the gear ratio. As the number of gears increases, the problem of gear noise becomes more serious. It is necessary to prevent both an increase in the number of gears and an increase of the motor output. In a vehicular drive system according to the present invention, a shifting power unit is not merely provided between a first intermediate shaft and a second intermediate shaft of a shift system which has the two intermediate shafts, but one side of a shifting power unit is connected to a vehicle driving power unit, while an opposite side thereof is connected to a power transfer switching clutch so as to be connected to the first or the second intermediate shaft through a reduction mechanism, whereby the output of the shifting power unit is decreased while minimizing an increase in the number of gears.
