The glove body has an outermost layer including a matrix resin and cellulose particles and constituting an outer surface of the glove. The outermost layer includes the cellulose particles in the range of more than 1 part to 9 parts or less by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the matrix resin. At least some of the cellulose particles are at least partially exposed from the outer surface.

The leathers comprising a fabric that is optionally impregnated with a polymer resin, wherein the fabric is in contact with a polymeric layer that was made from a mixture comprising a frothed polyurethane dispersion in water and latex. Methods of making these synthetic leathers, which have improved peel strength and/or improved embossability relative to non-latex containing synthetic leathers, are also disclosed.

摘要： This invention relates to an aramid fabric and an airbag for a vehicle including the same, and more specifically, to an aramid fabric and an airbag for a vehicle including the same, wherein the aramid fabric can endure high levels of impact force and can exhibit superior air sealing performance, dimensional stability and packing property, and can thus be adapted for use in an external airbag for a vehicle. The aramid fabric includes an aramid fabric layer including an aramid yarn having a fineness of 300 to 1000 denier; and a rubber coating layer formed on the aramid fabric layer, wherein the strength-elongation index (TIwa) in a warp direction of the fabric as defined by a predetermined equation is 2.8 to 4.8, and the coating amount of the rubber coating layer is 20 to 100 g/m2.

摘要： A coated textile sleeve for routing and protecting elongate members, combination thereof, and method of construction is provided. The textile sleeve has an elongate knit wall constructed from weft knit yarns. The knit wall has an inner surface providing a generally tubular cavity in which the elongate members are received and protected. The inner surface is formed, at least in part, by laid-in yarn to provide a soft, non-abrasive surface for dampening contact with the elongate members being protected to facilitate absorbing vibration, which in turn, reduces the frictional wear of the elongate members being protected. Further, the knit wall has an outer surface with a flexible, impervious elastomeric coating thereon. The elastomeric coating allows the knit wall to substantially retain its flexibility as knit, provides enhanced protection against the ingress of fluid and other contaminants, and providing added dampening to absorb vibration.

摘要： Coated inflatable fabrics, more particularly airbags to which very low add-on amounts of coating have been applied, are provided which exhibit extremely low air permeabilities. The inventive fabrics are primarily for use in automotive restraint cushions which require low permeability characteristics (such as side curtain airbags). Traditionally, heavy, and thus expensive, coatings of compounds such as neoprene, silicones and the like, have been utilized to provide such required low permeability. The inventive fabric utilizes an inexpensive, very thin coating to provide such necessary low permeability levels. Thus, the inventive coated airbag possesses a coating of at most 2.5 ounces per square yard, most preferably about 0.8 ounces per square yard, and exhibits a leak-down time (a measurement of the time required for the entire amount of gas introduced within the airbag at peak pressure during inflation to escape the airbag at 10 psi) of at least 7 seconds. All coatings, in particular elastomeric, non-silicon coatings, and coated airbags, meeting these criteria are intended to reside within the scope of this invention.
