摘要： A film having an antistatic releasing agent layer comprising fiber-shaped carbon and disposed on at least one of the faces of a substrate film, a release film having a releasing agent layer disposed on one face of a substrate and an antistatic layer which comprises a cured product of a resin composition of the active energy ray curing type comprising fiber-shaped carbon or a combination of fiber-shaped carbon and an electrically conductive macromolecular compound and is disposed on the other face of the substrate film, and processes for producing the films. The release films have a relatively small thickness of the antistatic layer, exhibit the stable antistatic function, are excellent in smoothness, do not adversely affect hardening of the resin releasing agent, exhibit the excellent releasing function and provide the excellent productivity.

摘要： A flexible pressure-sensitive food grade wrap film, and a process for manufacturing the film. The film includes a substrate overcoated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a release overprinted on the adhesive that prevents the adhesive from clinging to the surface of an article or to itself without applying pressure, and, optionally, a release coating on the opposite side of the substrate. Once pressure is applied to the film, the film flexibility allows the adhesive to contact the surface of the article or itself and subsequently adhere to hold the film in place or to form a sealed pouch around an article. The pressure-activated contact and adhesion to an article or to itself are designed to form a tight, spill-resistant physical bond that seals liquid or solid contents in a container, or forms a sealed pouch around a solid article.

The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet with the release sheet is constructed from a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet having a pressure sensitive adhesive base and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer, and a release sheet having a release sheet base and a releasing agent layer, and the release sheet is adhered onto the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet so that the releasing agent layer contacts with the pressure sensitive adhesive layer. In this pressure sensitive adhesive sheet with the release sheet, the content of silicone compound in the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet is preferably equal to or less than 500 nullg/m2. Further, it is preferable that the amount of gas generated from the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet at a temperature of 85null C. for 30 minutes is equal to or less than 20 mg/m2. Furthermore, it is also preferable that the sum of amounts of NOxnull, Clnull, PO43null, Knull, Fnull, Nanull and Ca2null contained in the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet is equal to or less than 20 mg/m2.
