    • A method for manufacturing a molded part with an improved convenience and a high degree of efficiency in molding is provided, the molded part containing a biodegradable resin composite, which has the heat resistance in a wide temperature range and which is provided with the flexibility and the elongation in accordance with the use. A kneaded product of a biodegradable resin component and a cross-linkable monomer is prepared. The biodegradable resin component is cross-linked and ground to prepare a biodegradable resin cross-linking product powder. An impregnant at a temperature of 60° C. or higher, and lower than or equal to the melting point or degradation temperature of the biodegradable resin component is impregnated to prepare a molding material composed of a biodegradable resin composite powder. The molding material is heated to a temperature higher than or equal to the melting point of the biodegradable resin component to mold into pellets.

    • The present invention relates to a resin emulsion which has a good emulsification performance even when produced by using a crosslinked polyester resin as a binder resin, and also is capable of producing a toner having an excellent storage property therefrom; and a process for producing the resin emulsion. The process for producing a resin emulsion according to the present invention, includes the steps of: (a) mixing a resin containing a polyester having at least one constitutional unit selected from the group consisting of a constitutional unit derived from a trivalent or higher-valent alcohol component and a constitutional unit derived from a trivalent or higher-valent carboxylic acid component, an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant and an aqueous medium with each other at a temperature not lower than a softening temperature (Ts) of the resin as measured by a flow tester method, the nonionic surfactant and the aqueous medium being used in amounts of from 0.1 to 1.0 part by weight and from 10 to 50 parts by weight, respectively, on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the resin; and (b) neutralizing a mixture obtained in the step (a) with a basic compound in an aqueous medium at a temperature not higher than a softening point (T1/2) of the resin as measured by a flow tester method.

    • The invention describes the production and utilization of a multi-layer composite material, a polyester resin and/or vinyl-ester resin based adhesive with special composition, applied on the surface or between the layer of the enforced object, which is made of unsaturated polyester resin and/or vinyl-ester resin based, glass-fiber reinforced, pre-made band shaped prepreg material, which can be used on surface of cylindrically symmetric objects like piers, pipes, pillars, etc. to strengthen their stability, endurance and resistance. This material can also be used to repair certain small irregularities on the enforced objects surface. Initiators and substances are added to the prepreg's matrix material, such as poly-ε-caprolacton; acetyl-acetone and alkyl-(acrylate)-methacrylate type monomers to result in networking of the resins. Peroxides decompose due to activator compounds coming from diffusion on the surface of the adhesive substance. This process ensures the complete hardening of the composite band on the whole surface and homogeneity of the assumption of load.
