摘要： A system for mixing a first fluid with one or more additional fluids to create a mixed fluid and for dispensing the mixed fluid is disclosed. The dispensing system includes a mixing tank; a first pump for the first fluid; a second pump for a second fluid; and a sensor positioned adjacent the mixing tank wherein the sensor outputs a signal based on a force exerted by the mixing tank in a direction toward the sensor. A controller of the system execute a program to: (i) receive the signal from the sensor, and (ii) operate the first pump for a first time period and operate the second pump for a second time period based on the signal from the sensor such that the first fluid and the second fluid are delivered to the mixing tank before being delivered to a storage tank for dispensing the mixed fluids.

摘要： Disclosed is a chemical liquid discharge mechanism. The mechanism includes: a storage portion including a chemical liquid storage space; a diluent supply port opened to supply a diluent for reducing a viscosity of the chemical liquid to the storage space; a vertex flow forming portion that forms vortex flows in the diluent and the chemical liquid by supplying a fluid to the storage space to stir the diluent and the chemical liquid; and a liquid discharge port opened to an upper side of the diluent supply port in the storage space such that, by the supply of the diluent, the diluent and the chemical liquid flow into the liquid discharge port to be discharged from the storage space. Thus, the viscosity of the waste liquid discharged from the liquid discharge port may be reduced, and thus, it is not necessary to largely set the inclination of the liquid discharge path.

Static mixers and tubes, preferably in one or more tube bundles, provide a volume sufficient to allow a residence time in the system to hydrate a polymer. Static mixers may be integrated with a tube bundle. The system may be mounted on a portable base such as a trailer. The concentration of polymer and chemicals in water may be controlled by a controller. A variable speed electric pump may be utilized to precisely control the amount of polymers or other chemicals added to the aqueous liquid.

The selectable washing system specifically relates to an improved, multi-port, multi-valve selectable washing system that allows individual selection of multiple solutions individually to create a custom mix of solutions. The washing system includes a manifold having a plurality of inlet openings and an outlet opening disposed therein. Each of the inlet openings in the manifold is connected to a corresponding solution supply container by one or more valves. According to one presently preferred embodiment, both a needle valve and shut-off valve are positioned between each manifold inlet and its corresponding solution supply container. The output of the manifold is connected to a venturi valve which draws the custom solution mix into a stream of water to be applied to the coat of the pet in diluted form.

The water flow through the proportioner siphons the first dilution from the container through the tube and into the proportioner, thereby mixing the first dilution with the water from the water supply to form a final product having a predetermined dilution ratio.
