    • An active noise control device detects composite vibration of a vibration transmitting route to which both vibration of a rotating body caused by generation or transmission of drive force of a vehicle and vibration of a wheel generated by contact between the wheel and a road surface are transmitted. A first reference signal for defining a reference waveform of a canceling sound for canceling vibration noise in a vehicle interior is generated based on the composite vibration. The component of the canceling sound for canceling vibration noise of the rotating body is removed from the first reference signal to generate a second reference signal for defining a reference waveform of the canceling sound for canceling vibration noise of the wheel. The canceling sound is outputted based on the second reference signal.

    • The present invention provides a solar cell that can be utilized as a stable electric power source for cloudy weather. An output voltage V1 of the solar cell 1 is lowered by a DC-DC converter 5. When a battery V2 is charged with an output of the converter 5, the converter 5 is stopped and the power of only the battery V2 is supplied to a low-voltage inverter circuit 6. The electric power supplied from the converter 5 is increased by boosting the output voltage of the converter 5 as well as starting to supply electric power from the battery V2. While the electric power of the converter 5 is increased, the performance of the solar cell 1 is judged. When the performance is decreased, the output voltage from the converter 5 is lowered and the amount of electric power supplied from the battery 2 is increased relatively.

    • A disposable diaper includes so that a sweat-absorbent sheet attached to the inner side of the diaper can maintain its sweat absorbing function during use of the diaper. The inner side of front or rear waist region constituting the disposable diaper is covered with a hydrophobic sheet and the sweat-absorbent sheet is bonded to the inner surface of the hydrophobic sheet. The hydrophobic sheet has a first sealing-free zone extending, inclusive of a first lower edge, in a circumferential direction so as to be left free from the inner side of the diaper and a first sealing zone extending above the first sealing-free zone and bonded to the inner side of the diaper. The sweat-absorbent sheet has a second lower edge extending in the circumferential direction above the first lower edge of the hydrophobic sheet, a second sealing-free zone extending, inclusive of the second lower edge, in the circumferential direction so as to be left free from the hydrophobic sheet and a second sealing zone extending above the second sealing-free zone and bonded to the hydrophobic sheet. A lower end of the first sealing zone is provided so as to lie below a lower end of the second sealing zone.
