摘要： In an arrangement for determining a temperature loading during a soldering process, a semiconductor chip (1) comprises at least one contact (2) to be soldered or is electrically conductively connected to at least one contact (14d) to be soldered that is situated outside the semiconductor chip. The semiconductor chip (1) furthermore comprises a temperature sensor device (3), which determines a measurement quantity corresponding to the temperature. A processing device (4, 5) has an analog-to-digital converter (5), which is electrically conductively connected to the temperature sensor device (3) and converts the measurement quantity into at least one storable signal that represents the temperature loading. A voltage supply device (10), which is electrically conductively connected to the temperature sensor device (3) and the processing device (4, 5), supplies these components with an operating voltage. A data memory (6) serves for storing the at least one storable signal. An electrical line (7, 11) connected to the data memory (6) serves for outputting the stored signal. As a result, it is possible to monitor temperature loadings of the semiconductor chip also outside the sphere of influence of the semiconductor manufacturer.

摘要： Signal transit times on printed circuit boards which are equipped with all the passive components but without any active components can be determined using automatic standard test equipment composed of a standard test unit and a performance board with fittings attached thereto. In that first, using a standard routine of the test unit, a transit time is measured on the performance board from the CIF connector as far as the fitting, then a printed circuit board is plugged into the fitting location determined for it and then the sum transit time of the CIF connector is measured as far as the landing pad on the printed circuit board. By forming differences between the two measured values, the transit times on a printed circuit board can be measured with a high degree of precision with the automatic standard test equipment used in standard module testing technology.

摘要： A drive roller unit for driving articles on a conveyor track includes a drive roller which is of a hollow cylindrical configuration and which encloses therewithin an electric motor assembly for driving same as well as a transmission arrangement for transmitting the drive torque from the motor to the drive roller. The drive roller is supported in the unit in such a way as to be movable between a lowered rest position in which it is out of contact with an article on the conveyor track and a raised operative position of engaging an article to be driven thereby. The roller is raised by virtue of a reaction movement of the drive motor stator assembly, in reaction to the rotor inertia causing a resistance to rotation of the rotor when the drive unit is switched on, the stator arrangement being mounted eccentrically relative to the axis of the roller so that that reaction movement of the stator arrangement causes it to climb up towards the article to bring the roller into driving engagement therewith.
