摘要： A laser welding device for manufacturing a prismatic battery 10 of the invention has a pair of jigs 12A, 12B for securing a prismatic battery outer can B1, a gas supply section for supplying inert gas to welding points of a sealing cover B2 fitted to the prismatic battery outer can B1, and a laser unit 11 for irradiating laser beam. Each of the jigs 12A, 12B is provided with a slit-shaped blower outlet and the blower outlet is positioned below the welding points. The inert gas is supplied to the blower outlet from the gas supply section and is blown from the blower outlet to the welding points from below. The laser welding device for manufacturing a prismatic battery 10 can obtain a laser welding device that welds the sealing cover B2 fitted to the prismatic battery outer can B1 fast, preventing weld droops and allowing uniform welding.

Next, a step of applying a heat treatment to a half-finished stabilizer is performed, a shot peening step of impacting a shot on the half-finished stabilizer is performed, and a step of coating the half-finished stabilizer is performed.

摘要： A method of forming a positive resist composition of the present invention includes a step (I) of passing a positive resist composition, which is obtained by dissolving a resin component (A) that displays increased alkali solubility under the action of acid and an acid generator component (B) that generates acid upon exposure in an organic solvent (S), through a filter (f1) equipped with a nylon membrane, wherein the resin component (A) is a copolymer containing at least two structural units obtained by polymerizing at least one monomer in the presence of acid. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a method of producing a positive resist composition, a positive resist composition, and a method of forming a resist pattern that are capable of forming a resist pattern with reduced levels of both bridge-type defects and reprecipitation-type defects.

摘要： A cooling device contained in a casing unit of a computer includes a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, a capillary tube functioning as expanding means, and a blower fan. These components constituting the cooling device are connected to one another by tubular pipes. Moreover, in the present invention, the compressor, the condenser, and the blower fan are placed at two-dimensionally different positions, and longitudinal directions of the condenser and the compressor are placed in an L shape in a vicinity of the blower fan. With this configuration, a two-dimensional size of the cooling device can be made compact, so that the cooling device would not limit a layout of other components contained in the casing unit.

After a first insulating film (03-TEOS) having good coverage is disposed over columnar laminates having a lower semiconductor layer, an intermediate semiconductor layer, an upper semiconductor layer and a silicon nitride film and a gate electrode formed over the side walls of the laminates via a gate insulating film to completely fill a narrow pitch space, a second insulating film (HDP silicon oxide film) is deposited over the first insulating film, resulting in an improvement in the filling properties, even in a narrow pitch portion, between vertical MISFETs having a high aspect ratio.

Accordingly, an LC resonant circuit for an oscillator with reduced fluctuation of a frequency conversion gain, and an oscillator and a data processing equipment using the same are provided.

摘要： A frequency generator which can perform stable frequency oscillation unaffected by temperature variation.A frequency generator having a differential amplifier (1) having an LC resonance circuit (10) as a load and buffer circuits (21, 22) feeding back an output of the differential amplifier to its input, wherein a temperature coefficient converter (5) converting an output voltage of a reference voltage generator (4) and its temperature dependence to a voltage having a predetermined voltage and temperature coefficient and outputting it is provided to control bias currents IEF of emitter follower circuits to be in proportion to temperature variation. There are a characteristic in which delay time of the emitter follower circuits constructing the buffer circuits is in inverse proportion to a transconductance of transistors and a characteristic in which the transconductance is in inverse proportion to temperature and is in proportion to the bias currents IEF. An oscillation frequency stable to temperature variation can be obtained.
