摘要： Flip-flops are disposed corresponding to input circuits or output circuits of an integrated logic circuit so as to be cascaded to configure a shift register for a test and to enable a parallel transfer of data between each flip-flop and a corresponding input or output circuit. As a result, without connecting the probe to all terminals of the LSI, test signals can be supplied from some terminals via all input circuits to an internal circuit so as to conduct a diagnosis.

摘要： An apparatus for heating the fuel mixture of an internal combustion engine includes a cylindrical heating body, adapted to form a passageway between a fuel supply and an internal combustion engine, having a double walled structure formed by spaced inner and outer metallic cylinders. A plurality of plate-like ceramic heating elements having a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) of electrical resistance are inserted between the inner and outer cylinders and are urged into contact with the inner cylinder by a resilient spring member. The cylindrical heating body is sealed by welding, brazing, caulking or packing to form a gas-tight chamber enclosing the ceramic heating elements and isolating them from degradation by the fuel mixture. The cylindrical body is provided with an air hole communicating the chamber with an ambient air vent passage formed in an insulator member attached to the body thereby connecting the interior of the chamber and the ceramic heating elements therein to an external air supply.

摘要： A pull-up circuit prevents generation of a leak current if a difference of potentials occurs between a power source voltage of a pull-up circuit (a bus-hold circuit) and an input terminal. A control terminal is provided in the bus-hold circuit. Inputs of the input terminal and the control terminal are input to a NOR gate, and an output of the NOR gate is input to a gate terminal of a first MOSFET that controls coupling between an input terminal and the power source voltage of the bus-hold circuit. A second MOSFET (“control” MOSFET) is provided as a switch that operates by an inverted output of the control terminal. By coupling the first MOSFET and the control MOSFET in series, the coupling between the input terminal and the power source voltage is controlled with a higher precision, thereby preventing generation of a leak current.
