    • A rear combination lamp 1 is arranged in a manner that a wiring portion 6 is formed and divided into plural pieces along the periphery of the socket inlet 5 of a lamp body 2, a conductor 7 is divided into plural pieces and the plural pieces of the conductors are wired at the plural pieces of the wiring portion 6, respectively, and stop ribs 10 for restricting the insertion amount of a socket 20 are provided at the vicinity of guide grooves 9 which guide bayonets 25 when the bayonets 25 provided at the socket 20 is fitted to the wiring portion thereby to attach the socket to the lamp body. At the time of attaching the socket 20 to the lamp body 2, when a socket body 21 is inserted into the socket inlet 5, terminal contacts are brought into contact with the conductors 7, whereby the one end of the socket 20 abuts against a top face of the stop ribs 10. Thus, since the insertion amount of the socket 20 is restricted, the excessive deformation of the terminal contacts can be surely prevented.

    • A vehicular headlamp in which the zero point adjustment axis can be freely set and the zero point adjustment can be achieved with ease. An inclination member with a light reflecting surface for setting the axis of irradiation of a lamp is supported by an aiming mechanism in such a manner that the inclination member is inclinable about both horizontal and vertical axes with respect to a reference member arranged behind the inclination member. An inclination detector is provided which includes a stationary holder secured to the reference member, a movable holder coupled to the stationary holder in such a manner that the movable holder is slidable forwardly and rearwardly, a slider engaged with the movable holder in such a manner that the slider is slidable forwardly and rearwardly, the slider being elastically urged so that the front end thereof is abutted against the inclination member and so that the slider is allowed to slide as the inclination member inclines about the vertical axis, and a zero point adjustment shaft having a gear mounted thereon which is engaged with a rack formed on one side of the movable holder. The zero point adjustment shaft is supported by the stationary holder and extends in a direction perpendicular to the direction of slide of the movable holder.

    • A riding type mower includes steered front wheels and driven rear wheels arranged in the front and rear parts of a vehicle body, respectively, a mowing cutter mechanism disposed under the vehicle body, a driver's seat disposed on the vehicle body, and an engine for driving the rear wheel and the mowing cutter mechanism. The driver's seat is disposed substantially at the longitudinally central part of the vehicle body, the engine is disposed below the driver seat, a fuel supply system of the engine is disposed at one side of the engine, and an exhaust system of the engine is disposed at the other side of the engine. Power of the engine is transmitted through a pulley belt to an input shaft of a transmission gearing for the rear wheels, with the transmission gearing being disposed behind a rear axle, and concurrently from the input shaft through another pulley belt to the cutter mechanism which is level-adjustably disposed substantially in the longitudinal central part of the vehicle body. The cutter mechanism housing has a maximum transverse width of dimension less than the distance within the respective transversely outside faces of the rear wheels. The cutter housing is disposed substantially in the longitudinally central part of the vehicle body, while the engine is disposed within a contour of the cutter housing as viewed from above.
