    • Systems and methods for collaborative authorship of content for a distributed delivery system are provided. The system comprises a server configured to store and regulate access to one or more course materials developed by one or more authors, wherein the one or more course materials comprise information to be taught to a student. The system further comprises one or more client computer systems configured to communicate with said server, each of the one or more client computer systems comprising a display configured to show a hierarchy of course materials, a messaging module configured to send and receive content-related event messages to and from the server, and a user interface module configured to update the display in accordance with content-related events. The server is configured to send event messages to the one or more client computer systems. In some embodiments, the one or more client computer systems are configured to synchronize content with the server.

    • A method and apparatus for restricting an access operation on a bus cycle to a particular address range. The method may include receiving, by a controller hub, a cycle's address from a device and comparing the address against a valid address list stored in the controller hub to determine if the address is a valid address or an invalid address. The method also includes permitting or denying an access operation by the device based on whether the address is determined to be a valid address or invalid address, respectively.

    • A biological modeling system and method for enhanced computer-aided analysis of biological response data provides information synthesized from multiple sources. An executable model of a biological system is developed from information and structures based on multiple sources. In a preferred embodiment, biological data sets are selected by a user from a first active viewer window on a user computer display. A model is created and then run using integrated pharmacokinetic software. The output is next analyzed using integrated analysis tools. Once analyzed, the model is balanced to ensure that it matches the information and structures. Once the model is created, run, and balanced, it can be used to draw attention to important relations through integrated reporting functions. This program could be run with such programs as NONMEM®.
