摘要： A buckle includes a first buckle body and a second buckle body. The first buckle body is inserted into the second buckle body so s to be made incapable of withdrawl from the second buckle body and is released from engagement with and made capable of withdrawl from the second buckle body by inserting it further into the second buckle body from its engaged state. The second buckle body is integrally provided with flexing portions which are formed so as to face the free end of the first buckle body when the same is engaged with the second buckle body. The flexing portions extend in a direction substantially perpendicular to the insertion direction of the first buckle body, can elastically flex in the insertion direction of the first buckle body, serve to restrict the insertion of the first buckle body into the second buckle body, thereby locating the first buckle body at a position of engagement with the second buckle body, and are flexed so as to locate the first buckle body at a position of disengagement with respect to the second buckle body.

摘要： A very safe buckle, formed of plastic, is provided which enables a strap to be inserted and clamped easily and quickly, and which prevents the strap from being inadvertently loosened or pulled free of the buckle no matter how the strap or the buckle is pulled about. The buckle is comprised of two adjacent bars spanning the space between the sides of the buckle. The strap is passed between the two bars. One of the bars is rotatable and has a polygonal cross-section, the arrangement being such that the rotation of the rotatable bar reduces the size of the gap between the rotatable bar and the other bar, which is fixed, thereby clamping the strap securely between the bars.

The semiconductor substrate includes a P emitter layer connected to the anode electrode, an N base layer adjacent to the P emitter layer, a P base layer adjacent to the N base layer and connected to a gate electrode, and an N emitter layer adjacent to the P base layer and connected to the cathode electrode. In order to improve in its current cut-off performance, the semiconductor substrate further includes a P-type layer provided between the P emitter layer and the N base layer and having the impurity concentration lower than that of the N base layer.
