摘要： The invention relates to the use of a halogen-free multi-layer sheet material comprising (i) a base film of a polymer comprising the reaction product of a precursor mixture comprising at least one hydroxy-functional resin and an aminoplast cross-linking agent; (ii) an adhesive layer; and (iii) optionally, a release liner, as a label or a label stock or in the manufacture of a laser cuttable and/or laser markable article. The invention also relates to the use of a halogen-free film of a polymer comprising the reaction product of a precursor mixture comprising at least one hydroxy-functional resin and an aminoplast cross-linking agent in a laser cuttable and/or laser-markable article.

Furthermore, a method of reforming an orifice of a pour throat in a PACT system centrifuge includes adding ceramic material to the melt, heating and mixing the ceramic material with the melt, then slowing rotation of the centrifuge so that the mix pours into the inlet orifice of the nozzle.

摘要： An accelerometer element of the bender having geometrical outside dimensions and relations wherein the height and width are alike and half of the length. The accelerometer element is built from ceramic materials and consists of two half blocks with a piezoelectric bender element clamped in-between. The high part tolerances are overcome by two fastener gaps, being filled with a special material for microcomponents. This method allows tolerance differences to be compensated by the fastener gaps and its fastening layer. The half blocks consist of a ceramic material to be ground in strips and processed with electronic components in well known batch production methods. Both sides of the blocs are protected with cover plates. The connector recess is filled with a watertight sealing material. The accelerometer element, whether with or without integrated electronics, is fully hermetic and watertight, with only the signal wires protruding on the outside. The opening for the bender vibration has close tolerances to the bender in order to avoid breakage at extremely high shock application.

摘要： An automatic locking device is disclosed which may be used to secure a rear-facing auxiliary seat in a raised position in a station wagon. The locking device includes an elongate engagement member which is arranged to be rotatable about its longitudinal axis between a normal position and a release position. The engagement member is provided with notches which are adapted to cooperate with teeth on a pair of jaws in a receiving arrangement. The notches and the teeth are so shaped that when the engagement member is in its normal position, the engagement member can be inserted into the receiving element and withdrawal is prevented by interaction between the notches and the teeth. When it is desired to remove the engagement member from the receiving arrangement, the engagement member is rotated to its release position in which smooth surfaces on the engagement member displace the jaws of the receiving element apart so as to disengage the teeth from the notches, thereby allowing the engagement member to be withdrawn.

摘要： The electric motor and the needle locating device of a sewing machine are adjusted by a pivotable treadle controlling a radiation directing member which is located in the path of radiation issuing from one end of one or more first optical fibers the other end or ends of which receive radiation from a suitable source, and the member controls the amount of radiation entering the adjacent end or ends of one or more second optical fibers which convey the radiation to an optical detector. The latter selects the speed of the motor in dependency on the amount of radiation which is transmitted into the second optical fiber or fibers and selects the position of the needle when the motor is off. The radiation directing member can constitute a glass plate which is rotatable or performs translatory movements between the first and second optical fibers and includes portions of different radiation transmissivity or reflectivity.
