Most other slings wrap around the user's body causing discomfort and difficulty in transitioning the weapon to the opposite shoulder; this sling attaches to the user's tactical vest at each shoulder, allowing for maximum comfort, weight distribution, and smooth easy transitions to either shoulder. Most other slings remain attached to the weapon; this sling remains attached to the user's tactical vest, but can quickly be removed by two snaps. Most other slings attach to two points on the rifle or shotgun with a strap between the two points, causing the strap(s) of the sling to interfere with the functional operation of the weapon; this sling has a single attachment via the attachment clip with no interference of any kind. All points of attachment are designed for quick release and connection.

The domain includes proxy servers which proxy the user's data requests to the domain, and database servers, which filter and build a database of the user's Internet usage. Particular data concerning certain behaviors of interest, such as purchasing data, is filtered into the database, and can form the basis for numerous market measures.

摘要： The present invention utilizes external synchronization to generate a completely standardized or functionally standardized optical transmission unit of level k (OTUk[V]) signal providing less jitter and wander build-up through a network of optical transport network (OTN) elements. This increases noise margins of transported signals and payloads. The present invention provides stratum-level synchronization utilizing a standards-based approach. In one embodiment of the present invention, rate adapters are included to provide m/n scaling of OTUk[V] signals to rates common in SONET and SDH synchronizers to provide line and loop distribution of timing through OTUk[V] signals. The present invention provides a choice of external synchronization sources including building integrated timing source (BITS), line, and loop timing sources. In another exemplary embodiment, the present invention provides multiple external references and automated timing protection switching for redundancy and reliability.

Software features include international character scrolling, and auto-capitalization. The keys on the device keyboard are optimally shaped and configured for thumb-based input. Each KABP includes a binding group that is recognized and bound by one or more kinases, a reactive group that tightly, and generally irreversibly, binds to the kinase, a tag group that provides a detectable label for the kinase-KABP pair, or that serves as a chemical handle for subsequent procedures and processes, and a linker group that links the tag group to one or more of the reactive group and the binding group, spacing the tag group from the reactive and binding groups. Additional embodiments of the present invention are directed to methods for identifying kinases within, and isolating kinases from, living cells by use of one or more KABPs.
