The selected B-frames are combined to create at least one intermediate frame; which is inserted in place of or between the selected frames. 摘要： A directional small part transporter and sorter simultaneously imparts upon a part-carrying platen reciprocating movements along one or two horizontal axis perpendicular to each other and a third vertical axis. A stack of slidingly coupled carriages are each independently driven by a stepping motor. Each motor is coupled to a carriage by means of a mechanism that translates the rotation of the motor into a linear translation of the coupled carriage by means of a worm screw or transmission belt. An electronic module controlled by a data processor allows for adjustment of the duration, amplitude, frequency and phase relationship of the three periodical movements of the platen. A part reservoir along the platen can be either raised to deliver parts onto the platen or lowered below the platen ledge to receive parts off the platen. The transporter and sorter may be used in connection with various electronic component manufacturing processes.

摘要： A dead stop type projection window assembly includes a free-standing frame and at least one insert window. The free-standing frame includes a top member, a base member spaced below the top member, at least two mullions vertically extending between the top member and the base member and spaced apart to form an insert window opening therebetween, and a stop extending along a perimeter of the insert window opening. The insert window is secured to the free-standing frame at the insert window opening and is sealed at the stop with sealant to close the insert window opening. The free-standing frame also includes a sealant dam extending from the stop and engaging the insert window to resist flow of the sealant toward the window frame opening between the stop and the insert window.

摘要： In a preferred embodiment, the present invention is a system for avoiding voltage emergencies. The system comprises a microprocessor, an actuator for throttling the microprocessor, a voltage emergency detector and a voltage emergency predictor. The voltage emergency detector may comprise, for example, a checkpoint recovery mechanism or a sensor. The voltage emergency predictor of a preferred embodiment comprises means for tracking control flow instructions and microarchitectural events, means for storing voltage emergency signatures that cause voltage emergencies, means for comparing current control flow and microarchitectural events with stored voltage emergency signatures to predict voltage emergencies, and means for actuating said actuator to throttle said microprocessor to avoid predicted voltage emergencies.
