    • In a magnetic recording medium made by applying a non-magnetic undercoat and a magnetic top coat on a base, the undercoat comprises a radiation-curable coating material which contains a compound with a molecular weight of not less than 400, having one type of double bond selected from among acrylic, allylic, and maleic double bonds, the undercoat being formed by exposure to radiation. Specifically, the undercoating material contains at least two types of compounds selected from (A) those having a molecular weight of over 5000, preferably over 8000 and having two or more double bonds selected as above, (B) those having a molecular weight of 400 or more but less than 500, preferably in the range of 600 to 3000, and two or more double bonds selected as above, and (C) those having a molecular weight of less than 400 and one or more double bonds selected from among acrylic, allylic, maleic, and styrenic double bonds. At least two types of the compounds are used in a mixing ratio of 0-90 wt % (A), 0-80 wt % (B), and 0-50 wt % wt % (C).

    • A conductive coating film is formed on a substrate by bringing a conductive material covered with a protective material into contact with a material having anion exchange ability, through such a process wherein an anion exchange layer containing a material having anion exchange ability is formed on a substrate and then a layer containing a conductive material covered with a protective material is formed on the anion exchange layer, or alternatively through such a process wherein a layer containing a conductive material covered with a protective material is formed on a substrate and then an anion exchange layer containing a material having anion exchange ability is formed on the layer containing a conductive material. The anion exchange layer and the layer containing a conductive material may be formed by coating, printing or the like. By using this method, a conductive coating film having excellent adhesion to a substrate can be formed on an ordinary paper substrate, plastic substrate and glass substrate at low temperature in short time.

    • The present invention provides a decorative paper which is excellent in solvent resistance, and chemical resistances such as alkali resistance, acid resistance and alcohol resistance without carrying out complicated steps such as an addition of a curing agent into a ink layer because the ink layer which is poor at solvent resistance and chemical resistance is crosslinked. The decorative sheet of the present invention comprises a base material, an ink layer, a curable primer layer containing a curing agent reactive with a resin in the ink layer, and an active energy ray-curable surface protective layer, which are provided in the order of the curable primer layer/ink layer/active energy ray-curable surface protective layer on the base material.
