摘要： A transfer device raises batteries of flat boxes inside a carton so that one battery at a time is in a waiting position beyond an open upper face of the carton at an inlet line of a boxing machine. A frame is predisposed to translate above the positioning station and the inlet line between a first position above the waiting position and a second position above the inlet line. Grippers on the frame both grip and retain a box battery at two ends thereof and release the battery. The grippers are activated, with the frame in the first position, to grip and retain the battery of boxes at its two ends and, with the frame in the second position, to release the battery into the inlet line.

摘要： There is provide a conveying apparatus conveying a sheet including: a main body formed with a conveyance path; a first feed tray installable in the main body at a first position; a discharge tray; and a first regulating section performing regulation for regulating movement of the first tray, in a state of being located at a second position, toward the other side in a first direction. The first regulating section is configured to release the regulation, in a case that the first feed tray, at the second position, is moved upwardly by a first predetermined moving amount. A spacing distance in the up/down direction between the first feed tray and the discharge tray is shorter than the first predetermined moving amount. The discharge tray is configured to be move upwardly by being contacted with the first feed tray in a case that the first feed tray is moved upwardly.

摘要： Input stacks of value documents are inserted in an input pocket of the value document processing apparatus, transported through the apparatus, checked and sorted into different deposit pockets of the value document processing apparatus, wherein reject value documents are deposited separately from the valid value documents. The reject value documents are automatically transported back to the input pocket with the aid of a reject transport device, to check the reject value documents again with the same value document processing apparatus (rerun). The reject transport device has several reject transport units, in which the reject value documents from the different input stacks are deposited separately from each other, and a reader for reading in the machine-readable identifier of the respective reject transport unit used for assigning the reject value documents of the respective reject transport unit to the input stack to which these reject value documents belong.

摘要： In a media tray, a mid-tray sensor is located relatively equally distant between the tray front and the tray back. This allows the tray to be free of a divider between the front and reserve stack areas. After the user closes the tandem tray, an elevator plate lifts media in the lead stack location and a slider moves in a forward direction toward the tray front based on the front media sensor not detecting media in the front stack area, or whenever the mid-tray sensor detects media located between the front stack area and the reserve stack area. An alarm is produced when the front media sensor does not detect any media, or when the slider is unable to move when it should be able to move (forward into the front stack area, back through the reserve stack area, etc.).
