摘要： The embodiments of the present invention provide a crushing cavity structure for the technical field of crushing cavities of cone crushing equipment. The crushing cavity structure comprises: a first crushing cavity structure for through-crushing an input material having a first material characteristic, the first crushing cavity structure has a first crushing cavity and a first lining plate structure that match the first material characteristic, and the first crushing cavity and the first lining plate structure form a first-stage material crushing channel; a second crushing cavity structure for through-crushing a first-stage material having a second material characteristic, the first-stage material is obtained by the input material passing through the first-stage material crushing channel, the second crushing cavity structure has a second crushing cavity and a second lining plate structure that match the second material characteristic, and the second crushing cavity and the second lining plate structure form a second-stage material crushing channel.

摘要： A rock crusher is provided that has a crusher cavity defined between a first part and a second part. A plurality of hydraulic cylinders are mounted between the first and second part, the hydraulic cylinders including a relief system. The relief system is included for reducing oil pressure within the hydraulic cylinders in the event uncrushables enter the crusher cavity, the relief system including a relief valve that is designed to open when hydraulic pressure in hydraulic cylinder reaches a predetermined level. This reduces the pressure in the hydraulic cylinder as oil pressure is dumped from the hydraulic cylinder via various oil passages.

摘要： A gyratory cone crusher includes a first and a second crushing shell defining a crushing gap. The first crushing shell is arranged to gyrate around a vertical axis, in order to crush material entering the crushing gap, and is vertically supported by a thrust bearing including first and second bearing plates defining a spherical sliding interface. One of the bearing plates has one or more cooling and/or lubricating grooves at the sliding interface, each groove defining a channel, extending from the center of the sliding interface to the periphery thereof. In order to obtain a uniform distribution of grooves, the cooling/lubricating grooves are in the form of one or more spirals extending from the center of the sliding interface to the periphery thereof. The disclosure further relates to a bearing plate and a kit of bearing plates involving such a bearing plate.

摘要： There is disclosed a crusher for crushing material into finer particulates, the crusher including a housing that encloses a crushing head mounted on a shaft. The housing supports an outer crushing shell, while the crushing head supports an inner crushing shell. The two crushing shells cooperate to form a crushing gap therebetween. The crusher further includes a drive mechanism joined to the shaft for generating movement of the inner crushing shell relative to the outer crushing shell. The drive mechanism includes at least three drive units joined to the shaft and configured to impart a pulling force on the shaft. Also disclosed is a method of operating the crusher, wherein each of the drive units are selectively activated and deactivated to selectively generate orbital or gyratory movement of the crushing head relative to the outer housing.

The hydraulic separation system includes one or more hydraulic grooves formed at the interference contact area between the socket and the main shaft. Each hydraulic groove is fed with a supply of pressurized hydraulic fluid to aid in separation of the socket from the main shaft. An inner contact surface of the socket is tapered and engages a tapered outer surface of the main shaft. The mating tapered surfaces further aid in separation of the socket from the main shaft upon application of the pressurized hydraulic fluid.
