摘要： A method for treating a surface comprises depositing a first coating comprising a plurality of nanoparticles on a substrate, wherein the first coating defines a plurality of interstitial spaces; and depositing a second coating comprising metals, metal oxides, or mixtures thereof by atomic layer deposition (ALD) on the first coating and within the interstitial spaces defined by the first coating. A mechanically stable coated product comprises a substrate; a first coating comprising a plurality of nanoparticles deposited on the substrate; wherein the first coating defines a plurality of interstitial spaces; and a second coating comprising metals, metal oxides, or mixtures thereof deposited by atomic layer deposition (ALD) on the first coating and within the interstitial spaces defined by the first coating. The mechanically stable thin film coating imparts mechanical robustness to the nanoparticles thin film, and retains or improves the desired optical and wetting properties of the nanoparticle thin film.

摘要： The present invention provides a high heat dissipation plastic package and a method for making the same that provides an inexpensive, thin high heat dissipation plastic package with good bonding precision and minimal bleeding of adhesive resin. A Cu foil resin film is formed by bonding an adhesive resin to a Cu foil and pre-forming, at an essentially central position, a cut-out for a cavity used to mount a semiconductor element. The Cu foil resin film is bonded using the adhesive resin directly to a heat dissipation plate. A conductor wiring pattern is formed on the Cu foil resin film. Furthermore, the heat dissipation plate includes a stopping section used to prevent resin from bleeding onto a cavity when bonding with the adhesive resin of the Cu foil resin film.

摘要： A hardcoat for a plastic substrate film is provided which has good suitability for printing and satisfactory hardness, can prevent influence of the deformation of a plastic substrate film from extending to the hardcoat, and is resistant to cracking and peeling. The hardcoat is produced from a coating component containing one or more organic components having a polymerizable functional group and an inorganic filler, at least one of the organic components being free from a hydrogen bond-forming group. In the hard coat, the content of the inorganic filler in the surface of the hardcoat is higher than that in the interior of the hardcoat. The hardcoat can be applied to antireflection films and hologram labels.
