摘要： There is provided a hydrophilizable wax composition which provides a wax coating layer having a hydrophilic surface and imparts a gloss and long-lasting stain-proofing property on a substrate. The hydrophilizable wax composition can form a hydrophilizable wax coating layer by applying the composition containing a hydrophilizing agent and wax component and wiping off the composition, in which the hydrophilizing agent has hydrolyzable groups which are converted into hydrophilic groups by hydrolysis in the presence of water and are condensed to enable the hydrophilizing agent to have a high molecular weight and is, for example, an organometallic compound having a releasable group by hydrolysis, its oligomer and/or a co-oligomer comprising two or more of the compounds.

The paint composition comprises a stain-proofing agent comprising an organometallic compound represented by XbM(OR1)aR2c, its oligomer or cooligomer comprising two or more of the organometallic compounds; a resin for paints; and a curing agent and/or a curing catalyst, provided that a stain-proofing agent comprising a compound represented by the formula (2): is excluded.

摘要： To provide an aqueous dispersion of a vinylidene fluoride (VdF) copolymer which can be prepared by emulsion-polymerizing VdF monomer with a reactive emulsifying agent and is excellent in stability against sedimentation because an average particle size of the copolymer is as small as not more than 200 nm and a solid content is as high as from 30 to 60% by weight; an aqueous dispersion of a VdF seed polymer which can be prepared by seed-polymerizing an ethylenically unsaturated monomer in the presence of particles obtained by emulsion-polymerizing VdF monomer with a reactive emulsifying agent and is excellent in stability against sedimentation because an average particle size of the seed polymer is as small as not more than 250 nm and a solid content is as high as from 30 to 60% by weight; and processes for preparation thereof.
