    • A display apparatus includes a thin-plate display device and a rear cover. The display device has a thickness, a display surface at one side in a thickness direction for displaying an image, and a back surface at the other side in the thickness direction. The rear cover covers the back surface of the display device, has a back wall mounted to the back surface, and a side wall raised forwardly from a periphery of the back wall and extending along the outside of the periphery of the display device. A transparent film is adhered to the entire display surface and extends beyond the periphery of the display surface from where the film is adhered to the display surface. An outer edge of the film, being an edge in the extension direction, is mounted to the side wall. Accordingly, the film forms a front surface of the display apparatus.

In response to a request for ejecting the optical disc 10, the disc processing section 200 is rotated to the retracted position to release the rotatably supporting state and the loading unit 400 is activated to eject the optical disc 10. The disc processing section 200 is rotated to the advanced position if the optical sensor 410 is no longer able to detect the optical disc 10.

    • A magazine loading type disk player comprises a magazine mount portion for removably mounting a magazine. The magazine includes a housing and a plurality of plate-like trays for carrying respective disks. The plate-like trays are capable of being projected from and retracted into the housing. The positioning mechanism includes a pair of cross-links for movably supporting the supporting member, and a link driving mechanism for moving the cross-links. Each of the cross-links has a fixed pivot side link and a movable pivot side link pivoted to each other through a pin. The fixed pivot side link of one of the cross-links has a sector gear provided at the free or pivoted end. The link driving mechanism transmits movement to the sector gear to swing the fixed pivot side link.
