Methods of using the devices are also described.

An inlet is in fluid communication with the inner chamber, an outlet is in fluid communication with the inner chamber for delivering fluid to the inlet of the analysis instrument, and an exhaust outlet is in fluid communication with the inner chamber. A plurality of removable preconcentrator packages are disposed within the inner chamber. Each of the removable preconcentrator packages including a microscale preconcentrator. A fluid flow path is defined between the inlet and the inner chamber. A first fluid flow path is defined between the preconcentrators and the exhaust outlet, and a second fluid flow path is defined between the preconcentrators and the outlet. A selectably operable valve directs fluid flow from the inner chamber into either the first fluid flow path or the second fluid flow path.

A sample loading channel communicates with each of the plurality of separation channels. A driver circuit comprising a plurality of electrodes is configured to induce an electric field across each of the plurality of separation channels sufficient to cause analytes in the samples to migrate along each of the channels. The system includes a communication interface and a processor operably coupled to the communication interface. 摘要： The present invention relates to devices, systems and methods for implanting a radially expandable endoluminal stent. In certain aspects, the devices, systems, and methods of the present invention include a radially expandable endoluminal stent mounted on a delivery tube and having a distal end and a proximal end. A first retention element is also mounted on the delivery tube at or adjacent to the distal end of the expandable endoluminal device, and a second retention element is mounted on the delivery tube at or adjacent to the proximal end of the expandable endoluminal device. Expansion of the first and/or second retention elements reduces or prevents migration of the stent during and immediately after stent deployment.

The neurostimulator may include a stimulation assembly configured to deliver different stimulation to each of the groups. The computing device may use information collected by one or more sensors to at least partially determine stimulation parameters to communicate to the neurostimulator.
