    • The invention relates to a fabric treatment composition which comprises a self-crosslinking polymer possessing pendant azetidinium groups. A first aspect of the invention comprises an azetidinium functionalised polymer containing primary or secondary amine groups. Cross-linking reactions between the azetidinium group and primary or secondary amine groups does not form quaternary groups and consequently does not result in a charged, cross-linked polymer. This lack of charge is believed to overcome the problems of stain fixing and dye adsorption. A second aspect of the present invention subsists in a azetidinium functionalized polymer of which the monomers comprise: an amino-acrylate and/or amino-alkacrylate monomer, and, optionally, further non-amino acrylate and/or alkacrylate monomer. A third aspect of the present invention provides a textile treatment composition which comprises a azetidinium functionalised polymer in accordance with the first or second aspect of the invention and a textile compatible carrier.

    • The present invention relates to topical oral care compositions comprising in a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier a safe and effective amount of a host-response modulating agent including one or more of an anti-oxidant and modifier of cell redox status, anti-inflammatory agent, metalloproteinase inhibitor, vitamins and nutrients key to maintenance of a host response balance and inhibitor of activation of NF-kB in combination with one or a mixture of additional oral therapeutic actives selected from antimicrobial/antiplaque agents, biofilm inhibiting agents, antibiotics; analgesics and local anesthetic agents; dentinal desensitizing agents and odor masking agents.     • A height-adjustable furnishing system includes a base component, a plurality of legs, a height adjustment mechanism, and a platform component. The base has a planar bottom surface and a top surface with a plurality of attachment points for pivotally attaching two, three or four legs. The height-adjustment mechanism is adjustably attached between the base component and at least one of the plurality of legs, or between a forward leg and a rear leg. A platform component is pivotally attached to the plurality of legs to form a parallelogram linkage when viewed from the side. The height-adjustment mechanism may include a gas spring, a cam clamp, a travel block, a release lever, a cable release, a release trigger and may also be hand- or foot-operated.
