摘要： An LC device having a substrate, a support layer having upper and lower sides formed on the substrate, inductors formed on either the upper or lower side of the support layer, and capacitors formed in the opposite side of the support layer. The support layer may be formed of a low-k dielectric material, and a connection portion may be provided to connect the inductors and capacitors in the support layer. The inductors and capacitors are disposed in a stacked structure on the upper and lower sides of the low-k dielectric support layer on the substrate, so that space efficiency may be maximized on the substrate. The low-k dielectric support layer provides support between the inductors and capacitors so that substrate loss is minimized and a Q factor of the inductors is enhanced.

The wash water storage apparatus for supplying wash liquid such as wash water into the irrigator that is usable to wash the interior of the vagina or intestine, comprises an outer body having a cover provided at an upper end thereof and configured to be pivotally opened from and closed to the outer body by means of a hinge shaft, and grip recesses, a power switch, temperature regulation switches, and a temperature gauge board which are provided at a middle region thereof, a filtering bucket configured to be inserted into and received in the outer body, and having a filter, and a supporting base mounted at a lower end of the outer body and having a heater installed to come into contact with a lower surface of the filter and adapted to heat the wash water supplied from the filtering bucket into the filter, at least one water level sensor and water temperature sensor for detecting the level and temperature of the wash water, and a wash liquid drain channel to be connected to a wash liquid supply hose of the irrigator.

The method of measuring a 3D shape includes operation S100 of measuring a brightness of a first illumination source 41a, operation S200 of measuring a phase-to-height conversion factor, operation S300 of determining whether the measurement is performed in a normal inspection mode, operation S400 of measuring a 3D shape of a board 62 according to the normal inspection mode, operation S500 of determining whether bare board information about the board 62 is included, operation S600 of performing bare board teaching when the bare board information is excluded, operation S700 of measuring the 3D shape of target objects on the board 62 when the bare board information is included or bare board teaching information is generated, and operation S800 of analyzing whether the board 62 is normal or abnormal by using 3D shape information. The wash water storage apparatus for supplying wash liquid such as wash water into a irrigator that is usable to wash the interior of the women's vagina or large intestine and having a temperature regulation function comprises an outer body including a cover configured to close an open upper surface of the outer body and a pair of hanging holes perforated through a rear wall of the outer body, a filtering bucket separably mounted in the outer body and including a filter, and a supporting base mounted below the outer body and including a heater located to come into contact with a lower surface of the filter and adapted to heat wash water having passed through the filtering bucket and a drain pipe to be connected to a wash liquid supply hose of the irrigator. The outer body and filtering bucket are made of the same flexible synthetic resin, respectively and are provided at their corresponding positions with folding lines, respectively, such that the outer body and the filtering bucket seated in the outer body are folded or unfolded together along the folding lines. A power/temperature regulation box is provided at the outside of the outer body. A heater electric wire and sensor wire are connected to both the power/temperature regulation box while being connected to the interior of the supporting base located below the outer body.

The apparatus includes an outer body including a cover and a temperature gauge panel having a power switch and temperature regulating switches, a filtering bucket inserted into the outer body and including a filter, and a supporting base mounted below the outer body and including a heater to come into contact with a lower surface of the filter for heating wash water having passed through the filtering bucket, a water level sensor and a water temperature sensor, and a drain passage to be connected to the wash water supply hose. In addition, a pump is connected to the drain passage by a connection tube and also connected to a transformer. A pumping tube is installed on the wash water supply hose to apply a pressure to an impeller, so as to turn on and off the impeller. Also, a sensor is provided in the supporting base and adapted to detect whether the impeller is turned on or off so as to regulate ON/OFF operations of the pump.
