    • 提供一種做為感熱轉印用薄膜所需的低比重、高白色度和高緩衝率、且皺摺耐性優異,以及做為收受片之基材使用時之高感度和高生產性兩者兼顧的高品質之感熱轉印記錄用雙軸配向白色聚丙烯薄膜、以及使用它所形成之感熱轉印記錄用收受片。
      (1)一種感熱轉印記錄用雙軸配向白色聚丙烯薄膜,其係由β晶比率為30%以上、且熔解溫度為140~172℃的聚丙烯樹脂形成之薄膜,其特徵在於:具有實質上無核之孔洞,空隙率為30~80%,薄膜之在長軸方向和寬度方向之2%的伸長量時的強度(F2值)和係在10~70 MPa之範圍,且表面光澤度係在10~145%之範圍。(第1形態)
      (2)一種感熱轉印記錄用雙軸配向白色聚丙烯薄膜,其係由β晶比率為30%以上、熔解溫度為140~172℃的聚丙烯樹脂所形成,並具有實質上無核之孔洞,空隙率為30~80%,且在長軸方向和寬度方向之2%的伸長量時的強度(F2值)和係在10~70 MPa之範圍的芯層(A層)之至少一側單面上,積層一表面光澤度係在10~145%之範圍的皮層(B層)所構成。(第2形態)
      (3)一種感熱轉印記錄用雙軸配向白色聚丙烯薄膜,其係在由具有實質上無核之孔洞的聚丙烯樹脂之芯層(A層)的至少一側單面上,積層一表面光澤度係在10~145%之範圍的皮層(B層)所構成之薄膜,其特徵在於:在長軸方向和寬度方向之2%的伸長量時的強度(F2值)和係在30~100 MPa之範圍,且具有β晶活性。(第3形態)
      (4)一種感熱轉印記錄用雙軸配向白色聚丙烯薄膜,其係在由具有實質上無核之孔洞的聚丙烯樹脂之芯層(A層)的至少一側單面上,積層一半結晶化時間為60秒以下、且表面光澤度係在30~145%之範圍的皮層(B層)所構成之薄膜,其特徵在於:薄膜之比重為0.3~0.7,且具有β晶活性。(第4形態) To provide a biaxial oriented white polypropylene film for thermal transfer recording having properties which are necessary to be used as a thermal transfer film, such as lower specific gravity, high whiteness and cushion ratio, and excellent wrinkle-resistance, as well as having high sensitiveness and productivity which are both in high level while used as a substance of accepting sheet, and an accepting sheet for thermal transfer recording made of the same.
      (1) A biaxial oriented white polypropylene film for thermal transfer recording which is a film made from a polypropylene resin having β crystal ratio of more than 30% and melting temperature of 140~172℃, and is characterized in having a void without a nucleolus substantially, a porosity of 30~80%, a strength (F2 value) a range of 10~70 MPa measured at that the elongation of film is 2% in longitudinal direction and latitudinal direction, and a surface gloss at a range of 10~145% (the first embodiment).
      (2) A biaxial oriented white polypropylene film for thermal transfer recording which is a film made from a polypropylene resin having β crystal ratio of more than 30% and melting temperature of 140~172℃, and is characterized in that a skin layer (B layer) with a surface gloss at a range of 10~145% is laminated on at least one single surface of a core layer (A layer) having a void without a nucleolus substantially, and a porosity of 30~80%, a strength (F2 value) a range of 10~70 MPa measured at that the elongation of film is 2% in longitudinal direction and latitudinal direction (the second embodiment).
      (3) A biaxial oriented white polypropylene film for thermal transfer recording which is a film made by laminating a skin layer (B layer) with a surface gloss at a range of 10~145% on at least one singe surface of a core layer (A layer) of a polypropylene resin having a void without a nucleolus substantially, and is characterized in having a strength (F2 value) a range of 30~100 MPa measured at that the elongation of film is 2% in longitudinal direction and latitudinal direction, and β crystal activity(the third embodiment).
      (4) A biaxial oriented white polypropylene film for thermal transfer recording which is a film made by laminating a skin layer (B layer) having a half crystallized time of less than 60 seconds and a surface gloss at a range of 30~145%, on at least one singe surface of a core layer (A layer) of a polypropylene resin having a void without a nucleolus substantially, and is characterized in that the film has a specific gravity of 0.3~0.7 and β crystal activity (the forth embodiment).
