    • PURPOSE: An intelligent anemometer is provided to measure wind speed from all directions while not being damaged or effected by mechanical rotations and natural phenomena such as rain and snow. CONSTITUTION: An upper guide (110) and a lower guide (120) have edge portions open to the environs so as to form a first airflow of which speed increases in the center of a anemometer. A first pressure sensor (133) and a first temperature sensor (134) are installed at the position in which the speed of the first air flow increases. A support board (150) has an edge portion open to the environs and is positioned above the upper guide or below the lower guide so as to form a second airflow having relative wind speed in relation to the first airflow. A second pressure sensor (144) and a second temperature sensor (145) are installed a position in the second airflow. A controller (143) computes speed of wind using information from the first pressure sensor, the first temperature sensor, the second pressure sensor, and the second temperature sensor.

    • PURPOSE: A wind speed measuring system and a wind speed measuring method using the same are provided to obtain 3D wind speed data which includes horizontal speed of wind by having a simple configuration. CONSTITUTION: A wind speed measuring system(100) comprises a balloon(110), a photographing part(120), a data extracting part(130), and a wind speed calculation part(140). The balloon rises into the atmosphere by buoyancy. The imaging part is fixed to the ground and records the movement of the balloon by the wind. The data extracting part captures and extracts an image or a video taken by the imaging part.
