    • PURPOSE: An oil strainer with a rotational filter element is provided to reduce intake load of a fluid flow and to implement a high efficient filtering performance by the rotation of a rotational filter element according to the flow of a working fluid. CONSTITUTION: An oil strainer with a rotational filter element includes a cap (1), a rotational filter element (2), and a case (3). The cap has an entrance and an exit on the upper part, and a rotation support shaft (14) integrally in the center of the lower part. The rotational filter element is rotatably connected to the rotation support shaft. The case is combined with the cap while covering the rotational filter element. The rotational filter element has a plurality of holes on the circumferential surface, a hollow inside, and an opening on the upper part; and is integrally formed with a rotation guide unit (20) which generates rotatory power by using the flow of a fluid in the opening.
