    • PURPOSE: A carbide-based wear-resistant composite material is provided to increase the coupling force of interface since the composition of a rim and a lattice constant are controlled using the thermodynamic stability of phase of powder composition. CONSTITUTION: A cermet sintered body is formed from the carbide, carbonitride, nitride of three or more metals or their mixture, and mixed powder. The carbide of three or more metals is selected from groups of IVa, Va, and Via on a periodic table. The mixed powder contains one or more metals of binder phase, which are selected from a given group. The group is composed of Ni(Nickel), Co(Cobalt), Fe(Iron), Al(Aluminum). The total content of N(Nitrogen) and C(Carbon) is 11.5~14.5wt.% and the content of N is 4.5wt.% or more. The total content of Mo(Molybdenum) and W(Tungsten) is 20.0~35.0wt.%. The weight ratio of Mo/W is 0.35~1.75.
