The molded product is manufactured by filling the diamond particles of less than 20μm which are coated with Ti, a particulate material for the molded product of the end part of the blade in which less than 20 w% of the diamond particles and the rest weight of Ti powder or Ti alloyed powder are mixed, and a particulate material for the molded product of the blade frame composed of Ti powder or Ti alloyed powder in the position where the blade frame of mold is formed and the position where the particulate material for the molded product of the end part of the blade is formed, and then pressurized.

    • PURPOSE: A cemented carbide having a high magnetic force is provided to use a face-centered cubic nickel-chrome based alloy as a binder metal in order to improve the density and mutual binding forces of particles, thereby restraining the infiltration of other particles. CONSTITUTION: A cemented carbide having a high magnetic force uses a metal carbide and nickel-chrome alloy as a binder metal. A mixture of the binder metal, the metal carbide, carbon powder, and a paraffin wax is molded, and is sintered at a temperature of 1300 to 1400 deg. C for 30 to 40 minutes in order to obtain the cemented carbide. The binder metal comprises 40 to 45 wt% of Co, 2 to 5 wt% of Ni, and 5 to 7.5 wt% of Fe, or 40 to 45 wt% of Ni, 2 to 5 wt% of Co, and 5 to 7.5 wt% of Fe. The metal carbide comprises 40 to 45 wt% of TiC and 2.5 to 4.5 wt% of Cr_3C_2. The mixture includes 0.25 wt% of the carbon powder and 2 wt% of the paraffin wax.
