    • Provided is a snow removing agent, which inhibits metal corrosion in iron structure and cars, has excellent shelf stability, causes no re-freezing, and significantly reduces yellowing and destruction of plants. The snow removing agent for removing snow by melting comprises 20-40 wt% of magnesium chloride, 45-75 wt% of rock salt, 0.1-20 wt% of urea, 0.1-30 wt% of tripolyphosphate and 0.1-30 wt% of sodium metasilicate. The snow removing agent is obtained by the method comprising: a step(S1) of crushing rock salt; a step(S2) of aging the crushed rock salt; a step(S3) of introducing the aged rock salt and magnesium chloride into an agitator and agitating the mixture; and a step(S4) of adding tripolyphosphate, sodium metasilicate and urea to the resultant mixture.

CONSTITUTION: In a chloride solution manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a chloride solution for removing snow by mixing and agitating calcium chloride and water supplied into a tank(2) using an agitator, the apparatus comprises a calcium chloride injection means comprising a plurality of gratings(12) one side of which is fixed to the circumferential surface of an injection port(11) on an upper part of the tank with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance, and which are formed in a mountain shape to form a sack opening member(13), and a guide hopper(15) which is erected in four directions of screen installed at the outer side of the sack opening member; a hopper type screen(20) which is inclined downward at the upper side of an inner part of the tank, and at the center of which an opening port(21) is formed; a crushing part(30) installed under the opening port to form a space for crushing calcium chloride solidly hardened or conglomerated; a pair of crushing rollers(40,40a) freely rotationally installed in the crushing part and rotationally engaged with each other to crush calcium chloride; a guiding plate(50) installed at the front end of the opening port to guide calcium chloride to an engagement position of the crushing rollers; a power transmission means for transmitting power of speed reducing motor installed at a certain outer position of the tank to the crushing rollers; and an underwater aerator(70) installed on the inner bottom of the tank to mix and agitate water with calcium chloride by generating bubbles using air sucked in from the outside.
