    • PURPOSE: A plasma dry reforming apparatus is provided to generate various chemical substances by controlling hydrogen / carbon monoxide mole ratio by reducing the amount of electric energy of the plasma. CONSTITUTION: A plasma dry reforming apparatus comprises a plasma reformer (100). A plasma reformer generates carbon dioxide plasma by processing plasma with carbon dioxide supplied to inside, fires the plasma flame by supplying hydrocarbon body to generate carbon dioxide plasma, and generates synthetic gas including hydrogen and carbon monoxide by supplying methane to plasma flame. A plasma reformer comprises a body portion (110); a discharging tube (120); a waveguide (130); and a hydrocarbon body supplying tube (140). Reacting portion unit (111) generating plasma is formed in the body portion. A methane supplying tube (112) is formed at the lower part of the body portion, and a carbon dioxide supplying tube (113) is formed around the side circumference. Discharging tube is settled within the reacting portion unit. A waveguide is delivered microwave of predetermined frequency and applies it to the discharging tube. A carbon dioxide injects carbon dioxide, air or mixture of these to the inside of the reacting portion unit or supplying tube injected air or steam to inside of reacting zone portion is separately formed around the circumference of the discharging tube or the body portion.
